“I've been in a couple times now and everything is always delicious. The bread is still warm. The pastries are flaky and just wonderful. Every time there has been one or two different things from the last time I was there, which is so exciting. I highly recommend stopping by if you can. Staff is always friendly and helpful.“

They were quite busy when I walked in but the owner Ray came to the counter to take my order pretty quickly. I used to come here for the Taro Milk, but my current favorite was the Purple Rice Yogurt with Mango drink. It's delicious and tasted similar like Vietnamese dessert - sua chua nep cam, but in a fruity side. I also got the Purple Rice Yogurt with Blueberry and Pasteis De Nata for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved both items. My partner got his usual Chai Latte with Oatmilk - very aromatic and the sweetness just right. Bakery and drinks here are not overly sweet. “This bakery is located near my home. I've been wanting to stop by here for months. Went for the first time yesterday and it didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I can't wait to try more things from here! 10/10!!“

“Ok, so I generally don’t like donuts, brownies, and cupcakes. BUT their cupcakes (esp vanilla DF one), donuts and brownies are the BEST I’ve ever had in my life!! Their cookies were not my favs. But their other desserts make up for it. Very highly recommend this place!!“

“Sucrose is the best bakery in the greater St. Louis area. Period. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The locally roasted coffee (Blueprint) is fantastic. They also have plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions (GF, dairy free, etc.). In the dozens of times I have gone here, I have never had something that was not fantastic. The quiche lorraine, NY coffee cake, blueberry muffins, and macarons are some of my favorites, but that list is much, much longer. Treat yourself and go on Saturday mornings when they really go all out. Bacon, cheddar, and caramelized onion croissants, sticky buns, whole loaves of bread, amazing specials using ingredients from their garden, and so much more. During the holidays they sell whole pies and other desserts. Their apple pie is truly special and I will continue to buy it every Thanksgiving. I have been going there since they were at their old location (and also had a different name- Four Seasons Bakery), and will continue to frequent their establishment until I am no longer physically able. “We just stumbled upon this bakery and it has become a (once a week) destination place! Please don't ask me the names of the treats I bought, my brain was lost after the first bite! One of the little cakes I bought today had (had bc I ate it all!) brown sugar crumbles on top with pink grapefruit inside. YES, Grapefruit! The sweet coupled with the juicy sweet-tart grapefruit was perfect! Give it a try! The chocolate chunk cookies, just have your milk ready! The staff make it a bit difficult (in a good way) in picking out a treat. Knowledgable of their products and friendly. I so wanted to do the Kevin Hart line of, "Let me get them all," while attempting to pick just one! I promise you, you will find something yummy to cure your sweet tooth on your first visit!“

“Coffee is so good! Perfect balance of sweet with bitter in the caramel macchiato! I consider myself a coffee connoisseur having traveled to Belgium, Italy, and Turkey trying various coffee styles. “Everyone loves Grandmas Cookies! We were VERY happy with the gluten free variety. They were most delicious gluten free cookies EVER tasted. Thank you Grandma Cookies for catering to the specialty diets! Our 14 year old visitor was so happy to eat something so delicious. You truly made her day. They will be stopping in tomorrow on their way out of town to get a dozen.Dietary restrictions: The best Gluten Free cookies our visiting 14 year old ever tasted. “I am ashamed to admit from the get-go...our food looked so good when it arrived at our table we dug in before taking any pics! Ugh. Once I thought about it I had done enough damage to my salad and plate it wouldn't have been very appetizing. I will say this though...Valentine's Day, sneaking out for lunch with your sweetie, 65 and sunny, AND Union Loafers tees you up for a great day! Happy Valentine's to all and thanks to Union Loafers to making our day even more special. Ambiance is always fun, loud place. We each ordered a chenin blanc, the little gem salad with beets (my favorite salad in STL!). My wife ordered the Turkey Swiss and I had the Bistro Beef. Everything was just outstanding. “This is the best cake I have ever eaten. We taste tested multiple different places in the area when we were trying to find our wedding cake. Once we taste tested the Cakery, we were blown away! They have so many basic and premium options to choose from regarding the fillings, frostings, cake flavors, and more. You can’t go wrong with any of their flavors, as we tried several. We ended up getting a strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream, and we did a rum cake with coconut buttercream. Our next favorite would probably be the French vanilla cake. We plan to go to them for all our cake needs here on out!“

“I don't know if cheesecake even needs reviewed because I've never met one I didn't like BUT Patty's does it so well. Between my group of 6 we tried just about everything from the banana pudding cheesecake to the strawberry champagne and LOVED it all! Service is super quick as it's in the foundry so you order from the counter and they grab it for you there and we were able to find plenty of seating out front and the general vibe of the foundry was, as always, immaculate. “The Cup never disappoints! I've been getting my birthday cakes here for years because they are simply the best. They even have birthday candles available when you pick up your cake! I can't even begin to describe the richness, freshness, and moistness of all their products. You just have to try it for yourself! They also serve lots of fun flavors, with both classic and rotating options. Confetti is my absolute favorite classic flavor, and Cookie Dough is my go-to seasonal flavor. Additionally, The Cup makes cupcakes that are safe for dogs, which my labradoodle absolutely loves. The employees are always very friendly, and I especially appreciate how patient they are with me when I'm feeling indecisive about my tough decisions! The interior of the restaurant has seating options available if you're wanting to enjoy your cupcake right away, or they are nicely boxed up if you're taking it for the road. And boy does it deliver. Expertly cooked sausages, lots of raw onion, banana peppers, and sour cream. “Peace Love Coffee is absolutely the best vegan restaurant in the entire St. Louis area! I’ve eaten pretty much everything on the menu and most of the desserts. Everything is delicious. I usually order the chickpea of the sea sandwich with a side of chili. The desserts are out of this world delicious and moist. We have brought most of our family here and they love it too! The service is as good as the food. I can’t say enough good things about Peace Love Coffee.“

“Sugar and Slice is my absolute favorite bakery. They made our wedding cake and dessert bar for our wedding reception. The desserts are so delicious and we’re such a big hit. Everyone complimented them and loved the dessert bar idea. Sugar and slice was so easy to communicate with and handled last minute changes like adding our dog to the cake. “We had a wonderful lunch at the Balkan Store and Bakery today. We were greeted with smiles and felt so welcome. We had lots of questions and the ladies took time to answer them. The gyros were huge and terrific, the soup was amazing and the greek salad fresh and delicious. We were so full that we had to take our Baklava home with us. “Brought family of 5 in for ice cream. Our local library had a promotion where kids that read a lot of books got a scoop of ice cream. Kids enjoyed the birthday cake scoops while my wife and I split an ice cream flight. Yes, you read that right. I got 4 little scoops of all the stuff I wanted to try out. I was quite fond of the elderberry honey. My youngest like the banana pie, and my oldest leaned towards the Snickerdoodle.Overall, great experience, not a complaint in the world. “Very nice French bakery in St. Louis. They had an assortment of pastries, macaroons, and other baked goods. They have limited coffee but many teas on their drink menu. I got a slice of the raspberry almond tart which was incredible. There are a few tables to eat inside, but I took to go. Lots of street parking close by. I’d definitely stop by again when in the area.Parking: There is a lot of free street parking in the area. There are some locations that are restricted during certain times.“

“This truck was at a tree lighting I went to and my husband and I picked up an oreo gooey and a red velvet gooey bar. They were delicious and a great sized portion. They even provided our dog a box of his own treats, since he was with us as well.“

“If I could give a 10/5 for customer service, I would do so! I ordered 4 bundlets for pickup about 24 hours ahead of time, with the seasonal flavor in my order. Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told they were out. I expressed my frustration since I made this order, specifically for the seasonal flavor (and how much I loved it when I had it a few years back). The woman at the counter tried to find a resolution and after checking in back, was able to give me a dozen bundtinis instead! It was such a relief and definitely above and beyond! I will be back (even though I don’t live that close)!“

“I am always so excited to see Cham Bakery at the WashU Farmer's Market. The first time I went I spent quite a bit of money but not because they are expensive but because I bought a lot. The Zaatar bread, Cheese Pide are exceptional. (I would have taken a picture of the Pide I bought today but sadly it was gone too soon. No, I didn't drop it. I ate it. ) The pita was great, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was fantastic! The woman working the table is so polite and friendly. I believe her husband gets up early in the morning to bake. YES!! It's THAT fresh!!I'm looking forward to trying their hummus and other tasty morsels.I honestly can't recommend this food enough!!“

“Unequivocally one of the best Bosnian bakeries in St Louis. They bake their lepinja breads fresh on saturdays and the pitas will literally be hot to the touch and fresh out of the oven. There’s no menu but the bakers also make delectable burek that is sold out within minutes of opening at 9am, so you’ll either need to call in advance to order or get there right at opening time!“
