“Remains my favorite cafe in Springfield. The staff is always great, they use good quality beans, and it's one of the very few places in the area that actually sells whole specialty coffee. I stop here almost every time I have to go to Springfield and have literally never had a bad experience in the last 5+ years.“
“The service was great and they had an array of healthy but delicious options. Great place to come after the gym or even for a healthy breakfast date. They offer take home shakes and teas to help maintain a healthier lifestyle. Would highly recommend.“
“By far much more of an enjoyable experience than Starbucks and more bang for the buck. I feel as if the point system is way better for loyalty members as I've only been going two months and have received two free drinks. Now I've spent double that at Starbucks and I only get stars nothing else is offered for someone who spends tons on over priced coffee as it is. Plus all the stars I've gotten still wouldn't add up to a free drink. Don't get me wrong I love Starbucks but for the loyalty and atmosphere 7 brew has become my go too for coffee lately.“
“I love blacksheep but tonight my food was just not good and it was so disappointing because we usually never have any complaints. I got the loaded fries and they were not very good which getting them to go happens but the "pulled pork" was just huge chunks of extremely tough meat I could barely chew.“
“My “everything nice” latte was so much more - sumptuous symphony on creamy and sweetness, with the perfect balance of spices and espresso! Chefs kiss!The coup de grace was an orange cranberry muffin topped with toasted walnuts! This was no ordinary sweet treat- nooo, the cranberries were juicy and tart, the orange a subtle landscape to play upon. The atmosphere was upbeat and had a great mix of ages! I will be back!I hate to use the term- the best latte I’ve ever had, it seems so tired but dang- it’s seriously the best latte I’ve ever had!!!!!!!!Huge variety of sandwiches and lunch as well. “we're from out of town and found this shop, it is nestled within a construction site but the owner was so polite and welcoming. The Sweet corgie pup met us at the door. we purchased 3 teas, all delicious! if we're ever in the area again, we will be back.“
“The coffee is very good. I had a cappuccino and it was very good. They have a variety of coffees and teas. For food, they don't have too much, burritos, cookies,... The place is very modern, like an industrial building with high ceilings. Young and pleasant atmosphere. But the waitresses are not nice at all. And they don't have any kind of sugar!!“
“I just left Black Dog, a shop which I’ve been in many times, but mostly for coffee not for food. They had just released a new chocolate orange cruffinish bread so I thought I’d give it a go. Words are hard to describe what I felt but It was the most amazing pastry experience I have ever had. Seriously from a man who loves pastries this is otherworldly. I can honestly say it is the best pastry I’ve ever eaten. I’m absolutely blown away. This has ruined me for other desserts. Well done Black Dog. Well done.“
“S&L on Republic -I ordered a Chai tea today and It tasted horrible so I went back into the establishment and let the young gal who made it know that it tasted like burnt coffee , she wasn’t willing to help rectify the situation and as I was leaving with out a replacement or refund one of the male employees made me a fresh cup of Chai which was on point ! “First off it's a very small shop and as you drive to the location it may look like it's not there. Well it is and it's delicious. I have attached photos which help for those who can really get a good visual of how they serve the food and the portions. It's more on the healthier side of things which I enjoy at times when you have been consuming butter and grease too often.“

And you can’t beat the price per quality! *Bring cash to pay and you’ll save a little money too *They say “how are you today” and every time I say “better now that I’m here” because truly I am ? my kids love talking with them through the windows too.My off the menu favorite is iced coffee with 2 pumps of brown sugar mallow and a splash of milk!We’ve also started buying their bags of coffee for home too. We grind beans and have enjoyed their Ozark Mountain coffee daily too!“
