“The food was overall good but not great or life changing. We are big fans of Vicia and were hoping for the same complexity of flavors but did not find it in all the dishes here - only some of them.We ordered:Gougeres - cheese fondue and popovers. Fondue was good but the popovers were kind of doughy and dense.Beef tartare - fine, not great - the tartare was a bit flavorless and flat despite being served with a jusFrench onion soup - good! No complaints.Mussels - the star of the show, 5/5, some of the best mussels I’ve hadPain perdu - a carmelized dessert with toasted brioche and Clementine’s ice cream that was delicious.Special shout out to the mocktail Papillon. I don’t like when mocktails are just fruit juice but this one really had the complexity and slight bitterness of a cocktail.Overall we would come back but there are flavor profiles of some dishes that could be elevated to make this a 5/5 meal.“

“I have eaten here before, as well as The Shack and The Corner Pub and Grill (sister restaurants next door) - as I have Celiac Disease, and I just wanted to write a quick THANK YOU review, which I do not do all that often. Wonderful atmosphere and the food was amazing. They go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. Special thanks to Chrissy for helping to coordinate a reservation for my family reunion. And very special thanks to our waiter Aaron, as his demeanor and attention to detail really made it meaningful and memorable. My entire family was very impressed and this helped solidify the fact that we had made the right choice for dinning on our special occasion. Please visit them if you have not already. Thanks again!“

“First time here. We made reservations in advance and found parking to be convenient. The restaurant's décor was warm and inviting, with white subway tiles behind the bar and blue banquettes around the dining area. The bartender was really knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. For starters, we had blue crab gratin and hand-cut steak tar tar, both for $12. The crab was spicy and creamy, and the tar tar was presented alongside warm dollops of slow-cooked egg yolk. They were both gorgeous. Our main dish was gnocchi with lamb ragu and goat cheese, which cost $18. The creamy goat cheese was the ideal compliment to the lamb ragu, and the gnocchi had a nice soft center. The portions were just right, and we left feeling satisfied. Very positive atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious cocktails as well. If you want to seal a good day with a good mood, head here.“
“We love Clayton Winehouse! We frequently go there at the beginning of date night for a glass (or two, three) before dinner. The staff is wonderful: friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about wine. We hosted a party in their downstairs event space which was wonderful. The even price was reasonable and they were so very easy to work with.“

“This is one of my go-to spots after a bike ride. Bbq and beer is a great reward for the hard work! Went yesterday and it was all decked out for st. Patrick's day plus had a special menu and was all staffed up. I got the corned beef special. Not normally something I'd go for but it was really good! Highly recommend it if u r going for St Patrick's day. Hopefully they get the crowd this wknd.“

“Celebrated our 36th anniversary here. We shared the shrimp ceviche, truffle fries and a bottle of champagne. I feasted on the salmon pad Thai while my husband had the Denver Waygu steak. A complementary flourless chocolate torte topped off a fantastic meal. David is the best server! Thank you for sharing our special evening with us!“

“The food was first rate. It wafted me back to Rome and Venice. The service was very good too. The price was very good considering the quality of the food. The decor and overall ambience was cool in both senses of the word. The noise level reminded me of a pub in Liverpool city center on a Friday night. It was LOUD and they would benefit from an investment in some sound deadening materials or decorations. That was the only drawback and, to be fair, it was only loud because everybody in there was having a great time.“

“Just found out about Timothy's restaurant and love it. The staff and food are amazing. They worked hard at wanting to please us and give us a wonderful evening. I had the dinner special being offered that was a pasta with morel mushrooms. So good. The salad I ordered was the house salad that was a variety of unique lettuces and vegetables with goat cheese and I think a buttermilk dressing. So good. There was Asiago bread on the table. We stayed late talking and while having wine with our friends, I watched the staff work setting up the tables for the next day and was impressed with their professionalism on how the table was set up with precision. Everything was lined up on its mark. Only carrying and handling the water & wine glasses at the bottom. Cloth napkins. Etc. Everything you would expect from fine dining and a five star restaurant. We had a cocktail before dinner that was a special offered by the bartender, it had fresh fruit & herbs on top, very good. The wine section was outstanding and enjoyed a couple of bottles in our group. Highly recommend this intimate place for its food, drink, service and atmosphere. Really a hidden gem. We will be telling our friends and will go back often.“
“Service was so friendly and efficient! You order and pay at the cashier and then someone brings your food to the table. The ambiance was fine. It's basically a wine shop with a row of tables. Great for a casual lunch. There is a display of sardine cans and such above the kitchen -- very cute! I had the prosciutto sandwich. It was delicious!“

“We had dinner here before seeing a show in Kirkwood. This was our first time eating here and loved it! I have to eat gluten free so had the salmon and it was delicious!! My fiancé had the pasta with clams and said it was really good too. I would recommend eating here whenever you're looking for a nice place for dinner!“

“Absolutely “11 on a 10 point scale” — outstanding food, ambience and service. The guidance of server Leya with respect to cut and preparation of steaks was spot-on, the particular table and additional touches selected for our anniversary dinner were just perfect , and the level of attention of the entire team, from table set up to the manager, made us feel special and appreciated. Cannot recommend highly enough!“

“We realize it was Valentine's Day, so that may have been the culprit here. But... we were encouraged to order all our courses up front, which we won't do again. Each subsequent course arrived long before we were finished with the previous one, leading to a crowded table and a sense of being rushed, which wasn't what we were seeking for a VD meal.... Food delicious, wait staff lovely, all else good. But timing of the courses was oblivious to the pace of consumption.“

“I had almost 2 hours before I was to board my plane. I love a good wine bar. We have plenty in Dallas, so I thought I’d give it a try. I give them five stars! I bought a bottle of wine to take home with me, I had a panini and a flight of wine. The staff were very nice and personable. I loved it.“

“Bryan is an amazing server which his style accompanies the vibe and atmosphere at One 19 North. All of the food is amazing and one of the best wine selections for a restaurant of its size. Go with a group of four and order different items so everyone can enjoy the different types of food. Don't miss the lamb and any of their seafood dishes.“

“This place is a gem. We had our son's rehearsal dinner here last wkd. Stephanie and her crew did a fabulous job! We had a little larger party and they set us up on the outdoor patio. The food was amazing and our guests could not stop talking about it. We had never been here before, will definitely be one of our favorite dinner spots when we visit our son and daughter in law. Thank you!“

“Great spot for a drink after work or a date night. You come for the drinks. The food isn’t substantial but great for snacking. You can make a meal out of it, but more tapas style. The staff is awesome. First time here and cece, Allison and Anna were very welcoming. Can’t wait to comeback during warmer weather for outside seating.“

“My friend and I stopped in at Barcelona for some drinks and tapas - I really liked my sangria, very light and refreshing. Her red wine was full bodied and delicious - also a heavy pour! We got the goat cheese tomato sauce dip with fresh garlic bread as well as spinach and mushroom empanadas. The goat cheese dip was yummy and warm and fresh, the garlic bread was fresh out of the oven and the perfect addition. The spinach and mushroom empanadas were good, lots of cumin in them haha. They came with a yummy dip, but I also dipped them in the goat cheese dip. Our waiter was very nice and made sure we were well taken care of. The overall ambiance was nice, it wasn't too full on a Tuesday evening, but we didn't mind!“

Their service team is outstanding and their drink menu is always updating with imported wines and seasonal cocktails.“

“Celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Fleming’s tonight. Ordered a medium rare ribeye and it came out medium. They were very apologetic and got us a medium rare one promptly. Excellent food, service, and management. Much better and smarter than J. Gilbert’s who got us a bad steak and wouldn’t apologize if or replace it. They just shrugged. Looking forward to our next visit at Fleming’s despite the rather pricey price tag. At least you get what you pay for there!“

“Hello. I am a "regular" now at Oceano Bistro (and I have been for a while). It's about time I wrote a review. The food here is excellent. The service is wonderful. The atmosphere is open and welcoming. I have my place at the bar that provides me with a great spot to view all the action. I would like to thank and recognize the following individuals: Alex, Robert, Scotty, Ben, Jake, Mary, Matt (bar/server), Matt (kitchen), Armando (kitchen), Ann, Pierre, Marena, Amy, Sasha and ... last but not least ... Amer. I know I am missing a few names here ... sorry. I look forward to my next visit. See you soon everyone. CHEERS.“

“Great lunch, brunch spot located in the heart of Webster Groves. Parking can be a doozie but once inside it’s a fantastic ambiance. Perfect for small groups or an intimate date setting. The bar is spacious; there’s also a nice outdoor patio to enjoy on beautiful weather days. Menu is broad (there’s something for everyone to satiate over).I recommend the crab cakes for sure. The beet salad was not only delicious; the presentation was gorgeous. Price point is reasonable, service was pleasant.“

“Good food, GREAT service!!! Our flight was diverted to St. Louis, and this restaurant was the one and only one that stayed open so a plane full of tired and hungry passengers could get a hot meal snd a cold drink. The guy working was amazing!!! He came down to the gate and announced that they would remain open. Remembered everyone’s order and was good natured with everyone during what could have been a rather ugly crowd. 5 stars all around!“

“I have been to this place a few times and it's been consistently good. They have a great ambiance and service. We tried the 4 pork gnocchi and the spicy shrimp diablo. Both the dishes were very good. We tried a few of their cocktails - a few different Mezcal cocktails and it was good. They have happy hour every day from 3-6 PM. For dessert, we had the beignets. It lived up to the expectations!“

“We don't have Cooper's Hawk where we live so we make this an annual visit when we are in St. Louis - and once again were not disappointed. Appetizers were excellent (Caprese and Italian Sausage/Burrata Flatbreads) and everyone's meal was delicious. Wish CH would come to Eastern Tennessee!“
