Textbook mozzarella ratio but the star of the show is their homemade sauce. They should make an extra batch every week just to jar and sell. We would stock up on every visit. The sauce is the soul of the pizza pie. I commented on their Facebook post about a dessert and how awesome it would be to try the next night when we were there. They set one aside and put it with our reservation! “My companion and I shared a St Louis style sausage and mushroom pizza. It was very good, however we both suspected that the chef tossed some mozzarella in with the provel. It was very tasty, just a surprise when expecting a true St Louis style pizza. My companion also had the house salad with house dressing and said that it was very good. The service was a little discombobulated because it appeared that they were shorthanded right before lunch but we weren't neglected. All in all a very good lunch!“

“The food was great. We have been there many times and as always the food never fails. Our waitress was very attentive and extremely bubbly. The check-in process on the other hand was horrible. We called ahead to let them know we were on our way, clicked on the link they sent us when we arrived, also in person at the desk. The website said we were in position 1 for over a half hour as we watched group after group(varying sizes) go in before us. Even spoke with another family who was getting frustrated as they were in position 2 and also watched group after group go in. They finally went in after the grandfather and I started to get vocal about how it wasn't making sense as to why we were still waiting. We finally were seated about five minutes after them but not before a party of 2 that was there after us was seated. I'm not sure what happened but I was not happy with how it was handled.“

“We've driven past here countless times and today had the opportunity to have lunch. It's a store front in a small strip, clean and nicely decorated inside, with 3-4 umbrella tables outside. The counter staff were very kind and offered recommendations. I had the chicken spedini with salad. I didn't realize it also came with a generous bowl of spaghetti and red sauce. I'm Italian and most Italians will tell you, "We never eat sauce out (meaning tomato sauce), so I took it home for the kiddo. My husband selected the chicken parmigiana which also included pasta and we both had salad. Our entrees and the broccoli that accompanied them were delicious. The quantity of food was too much for me, but the hubby loved it as he was ravenous by the time we stopped. The salads were tasty, though the cheese we added came in fairly large sticks - not bad, just oddly proportioned. Everything tasted good, but we were a bit shocked by the prices. While the counter staff were very nice, she didn't indicate how much of an up charge there was for a small side salad. We'd expected close to $20/each and ended up with a bill of almost $60. We won't pay that much for lunch again anytime soon, though we would consider them for catering because the food was very tasty and the catering prices weren't terrible, thus the 4-stars. It would be 5-stars except for the unexpected pricing.“

We were thrilled they had it tonight. We also had the pasta special, spinach tagliatelle with shrimp and scallops and a cheesy delicious sauce with bacon, almost like a carbonara. Not ultra creamy but super good. Big shrimp and scallops. Finally we had the Truffle Mac and Cheese which is addicting and awesome. We brought some home for our grand daughter.
