Our order was announced ready at 7:15! Well unfortunately was not taken correctly and one of our items was messed up. They quickly responded and told the kitchen to make our missing item! Well there were some issues with the kitchen and the OWNER went back in to the kitchen and remade the entire order. WOW, that is true customer service. She also gave us a $10 gift card for the inconvenience, which they were so busy so we were not upset with them. What a great place who cares about their customers! We can’t wait to come back! 100 stars for the owner! Everyone was SO NICE!”

They should pay their chef double or triple, whatever it takes to keep them. Everything we had from salad through dessert was perfect in seasoning, quantity, and presentation. I don’t know of any gumbo I’ve had better than theirs. Save room for the white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Nothing like it anywhere in the world. The wait staff is first rate in friendliness and service. Ask for Rylee if you are there on a Fri/Sat/Sun evening. She will take care of you!”

I called in an order and they charged me a 10% gratuity for a to-go order. I honestly believe they should have just went up on the prices a $1 on the daily menu specials then to add gratuity when they advertise a certain price. If not for that they would have a 5 star rating because the food is delicious and the service when dining-in is great.”

“My family and I flew into town from Los Angeles on 11/11/2021 and the next morning we decided grab a bite to eat at lthe Waffle House, in Hattiesburg, MS location 235. Our only expectation was to eat good food in a timely manner. However. The experience we received was hands down perhaps the best sservice we have ever recieved from iut of town. The food was just what I expected . However, the service and crew was above our expectation. They were prompt, engaging, polite, relatable and more. Our 2 year old who at times can be off and on about her eating choices determined this day she was only interested in bacon. She then adked for chips and i went to the car to get a bag of Gold Fish. Shebthen begin to song the world renowned jingle, " Baby Shark". This led to me singing along with her and soon after several other employees began doing the same. Someone began to play the actual song and from just about the whole resturant was singing along of clirse causing my daughter to become ecstatic and full of joy as she danced! This made my baby girl's day and my family as well. I must say that it's service like this that you miss when its not there and surley one you want to take with you wherever you go! If i had to sum the experience up using a simple phrase it would be one drawn from the 80's television show, Cheers! Because whether people say it or not, "Sometime, you wanna go where everybody knows your name and they're always glad yoylu came! To our server Anggela & Jerry Thank you”

“First of all, I highly recommend the Blizzard here. It's incredibly delicious. Since I love chocolate, I ordered the Brownie Batter today, and oh my goodness, it was amazing! It was rich and flavorful, and I absolutely loved it. Even though I only ordered the small size, it was more than enough. The ice cream comes before the main course, so you get to enjoy it right away!
For the main course, I ordered the Backyard Bacon Ranch. The meat was super thick and juicy, and the best part is that the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend dining here. There are plenty of parking spaces and lots of seating, making it a great place for the whole family.
The staff here are very diligent in cleaning, so the place is spotless. The restrooms are also very clean.”

The dance floor is a good size, but needs to be sanded down smooth because now it is uneven and is a trip hazard. For some reason there are regularly 6 or more people moving in and out of the bar/grill area. ???”
