I don't care what name they go buy Collins kitchen or moms kitchen. The customer service is unacceptable. I wanted to support local and I was bamboozled twice!!!! I order through grub hub a few months ago only because this place offered chitterlings. I ordered a burger, pork chop, and chitterlings. 45minute later I get there and no chitterlings. A few of my coworkers and I decided to try this place out today through waiter. We ordered around 12 and it said it would take an hour. It actually took 4 hours for us to get our food. Not to mention one of the orders was wrong and they called 2-3 different times to sub out foods. Also, the calls were about an hour apart so I'm not sure when they were planning on getting our food together. Honestly terrible.
