Super friendly and attentive, reserved us two tables so the kids could eat on their own and helped us with the cake. And the food was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Despite being sandwiched between a neighborhood and a highway, Southern Peak feels secluded and relaxing--a Brigadoon with beer. The beer selection is excellent without being pretentious, the atmosphere is fun and casual. No restaurant on site, but judging from our one night there, they partner up with outstanding food trucks. They've clearly put a lot of thought into crafting the ambiance, not just the beer.“

“A fried seafood and barbecue place where you come in, place your order and pay at the counter, and seat yourself indoors or out. The food was served on a tray, and condiments and drinks are self serve at the counter. Our seafood was ok, portions were plentiful. The homemade banana pudding dessert was a disappointment, not a banana to be found. We didn’t try the barbecue and smoked meats but they smelled wonderful. Pupper friendly outside.“

“I had breakfast here today and it was very good. I didn't realize breakfast ended at 10;30 and I went in just after that. They didn't have any more scrambled eggs but the young boy cooked some for. I appreciate it very much! That's good customer service for sure! The portions are big...I am sure I got more than 2 eggs...and the bacon was perfect. There's no butter here but they do have honey and several jelly choices. I like the old items they have in the area where you come in. A real down home country environment. This breakfast was Much Better and much cheaper than the new place across the street. I will continue to come back here.“

“I have been looking for a buffalo chicken pizza as good as the one I get back home since I moved down here 7 years ago. My wife and I ordered from Romeo's for the first time last night. Romeo's buffalo chicken pizza is so good that we ordered it again for lunch today!“

“Changing my review a little because the last few times we went we felt very rushed. I understand it's a very busy restaurant but I don't think we should feel like we need to eat quickly and leave. The last time we went, the waitress brought our appetizers with the salad. Then taking my salad before I was done. The main course came quickly after that. I can see this hopping once. It's been the last few times that we felt rushed. Disappointed“

“We went there on a Saturday evening, and the place was PACKED! It was very hard to walk in to put our names down, but the staff remained calm, respectful and friendly... I don't know how they do it! But they took care of everyone on their turn. The menu is full of options, I loved how they put pictures of the rolls, so you know exactly what to expect. We got the colosseum and it was delicious , the sushi rolls were so good too. It's one of the very few places that still do the "bogo" and the quality is excellent. I loved how they were so generous with the fish roe .“

Ezekiel even gave us a tour of the top floor or the restaurant even though it was closed for tonight since we stopped in late on a Tuesday. “We were in Cary recently, needing lunch and tried out Big Sergio's pizza, a little hole-in-the-wall place on Ten-Ten Road right off US 1 on the way into Cary. The food was awesome and the prices reasonable! I have eaten lots of pizza and I had the Classic! The italian sausage and sauce was great, they didn't skimp on the toppings- a good NY style pizza. I also had the small antipasto salad, which was one of the best I have ever had in any Italian restaurant, and that includes restaurants in Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC, Raleigh, and Florida. My husband had the beef calzone and he said it was pretty good too! It's a small place so if you are feeding a crowd, I'd order take out. They also offer loads of Italian offerings- check out the menu. I look forward to getting dinner and trying some of their other entrees and the Sicilian style pizza next time I am up that way!“
