“On a Friday, I had taken off work and decided I wanted to surprise the wife with lunch. We had been wanting Jamaican food for a few years, now. Since we had been dissatisfied with the last time we had some Jamaican food at a community event a few years ago, and we had given up hope. Then I saw the posts for ISLAND PAN in the mall and decided to grab some for our lunch yesterday at 12:30.First off, I asked for the Curry Goat as I love a good goat curry. Unfortunately, they only had Chicken Curry. The curry was an umami bomb but had 0 spice. I got yellow rice and mac n cheese, which were both flavorful and pasta was not overcooked. The curry sauce had invaded the Mac n cheese, but it made it even better than without it. I ordered the Jerk Chicken for her, with rice and peas and plantains. The jerk chicken was well seasoned and just sweet enough, but it wasn't spicy at all. Rice was not mushy, peas fully cooked and great with the sauce drizzled on it. Plantains were OK, but we may be spoiled from our island vacations, as they weren't anything special.I ordered a beef patty and coco bread, but no coc bread was available. I ordered the cheese patty, but it was not available as well, so I settled on 2 beef patties. I'm not sure if I lucked out or not, but those beef patties were the best thing we ate. A spicy ground beef mixture encased in a flakey crust that was a 10/10 for us.The magic markered food prices weren't what was shown on the internet but I'm fine with that because food costs. The biggest issue we had was food not being available, but for $15-20/person, we will 100% definitely be back because the portions are enough for 2-3 meals. I'll get the oxtail next time and hopefully the goat curry.7.5/10“
“We had to order from here because some of my family was sick. This pizza was very good. We got a small pizza each. I got the cheesy bread, which wasn't my favorite, but my family really liked their pizza. Overall, it was a very good place and I would like to go there again.“
“We love Chick-fil-A and they have set the bar high for service. It's a hit or miss here, sometimes I get wonderful cashiers and the whole staff is great. Other times it's just unfriendly. The food has always been great and even though the drive thru is insane, they handle it well.“
“Amazing experience, but super special as I ran to my car to put my drinks down and by the time I was walking back into the building, someone from Chick-fil-A was walking outside with my food. They didn’t have to do that, but they were attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond. The food was super hot and fresh (Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal) and we enjoyed our meal our first meal of the day while visiting Asheville… Definitely would stop at this Chick-fil-a when passing through again. Favorite toppings: BBQ sauce with grilled onions and mushrooms.Parking: Busy and small parking lot shared with other businesses in strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are a bit heavy if traveling alone but I make it through with my power chair. Patrons frequently help.“

“The best burger I've had in years. Yeah, it was more expensive than I anticipated from a fast food place but when I ate that thing I could see why. “Even though I live closer to the Weaverville location I drive to here because they do the best job. Better than any closer place. They don't underbake like Pizza Hut or mess everything up like Little Ceasar's (Weaverville location). They follow instructions if you say light cheese unlike the Weaverville PJ's. If I'm cheating on my diet, it's not worth it if the food is messed up and they don't mess it up.“
“Excellent service, it is one of the subways with the best service that I have visited in the United States, the two ladies who attended the place are very friendly and helpful, it is also the cleanest organized subway. They should improve these things in their other locations.“

“Jersey Mike's is the best sub restaurant in Asheville NC! Everything is so fresh. The restaurant has wonderful cheerful workers, that are also very helpful when u wanna try something new! They get to know u and automatically greet you by name as they see you come in the door. The Jersey Mike's we always go to is beside Chuckie cheese off Tunnel Rd. My family loves this place. “Panda has some of the quickest, yet delicious Chinese food I've ever had. The service at Tunnel Road has very friendly people that go the extra mile for you. We have always loved PE and started with the store inside Asheville Mall - their service is slightly less than the stand alone store. No matter what food I get, I love. The Kung Pao is really spicy and very good, but you have to be careful not to accidentally put a whole dried pepper in your mouth. My favorite is the Honey Shrimp. I don't know what they do to it, but it's amazing. In the mall, you're eating right beside kids playing, so it's a dull, screaming roar that makes it hard to hear yourself, let alone a companion. At the stand alone, there's great lighting, great service, and it would be a great place to take a date or a job interview.“
“I came into aunti anne's today for the first time in a while, it was delightful to see how the store has made a turn around with the new management in place. The staff was very sweet and interactive, the case of pretzels was full with a great variety of options. I had ordered a Large Cinnamon nuggets and was very happy to taste them being fresh and coated all around. “This quickly became one of our favorite places to eat in Asheville! I found out about this place through a Facebook group, and we went to try this place in the same week. We have since been twice, and have plans to continue to go. This place has chicken tender and fish, as well as french fries and other items. They make most of their sauces in-house, which is super awesome. We ordered our food, got combos, and sat down. Food was freshly prepared and out to us within ten minutes. The chicken was amazing, and you could tell that it had never been frozen. The breading of the chicken is well-seasoned, and the chicken is crispy and juicy! The french fries are also fried perfectly. I've tried the aioli, peppernaise, andalouse, honey mustard, and creolaise sauces. I personally loved the aioli, honey mustard, and peppernaise! They also have "regular" sauces such as BBQ and ranch, and bottles of ketchup on the tables. I have tried the ranch, and it was that good restaurant ranch which paired perfectly with the chicken. We also have had the yuca fries, which were also amazing. They have a certain flavor that goes with a specific sort of sauce, I found that the peppernaise and ranch worked well with them. The food is a little pricey, but it is so worth it to me. A 3 piece chicken tender combo will leave me full for half of a day. The people working are incredibly nice, as well. We definitely will be coming back again.“
