I've been fortunate to have been eating at Plant every few years since they opened. I would probably eat there every week, but I live in Denver so I must wait and anticipate my visits until I return to Asheville. It's easily one of my favorite vegan restaurants in the world ( I travel frequently so I don't make this comment lightly.) I was in Asheville for a couple of days and after my first nights dinner at Plant, I knew I had to make a reservation for the very next night. We absolutely love this place. We always visit them whenever we are in Asheville. We recommend sitting at the counter. The counter will allow you to be entertained by the staff. We hung out with Derek this time. He is an amazing chef. There's nothing like watching an artist at work.
