“Yesterday my boyfriend and I decided to eat at the bar area (booth). We sat there for awhile & never got acknowledged. It was lunch time & not that busy. So I decided to get the hostess to seat us in the dinning area. We were seated right away at the first booth to the window. The server was so amazing as well as the food. She had a southern accent which was so inviting. I'll definitely look for her again. I normally like having the same server. I totally forgot her name but remember her face. It would of been 5 stars ⭐ if we would of sat in the dinning area first.“
“We had a church function tonight for 70 people, and the contracted catering company dropped the ball on the date. With all 70 waiting the Hursey's in Mebane saved the day and had food ready for all 70 in 30 minutes! Incredible service and the food was delicious as always, thank you Hursey's!“
“This place is amazing! Foods your normal Smithfield but what makes this place so amazing is the staff! There is a manager or maybe owner that is always there and always goes above and beyond! He himself is what makes this the best Smithfield to go to!!!“

“Really enjoyed lunch here. Fantastic smoked meats. The pulled pork sandwich which awesome with coleslaw on top. The banana pudding was incredible with a very unique meringue with a lot of crystallized sugar. Beer on tap. Some outdoor seating. It’s attached to a cool grocery store that has lots of local foods.“
“Recently moved to Gibsonville and this is my favorite restaurant in town! The patty melt and cheese tots are excellent, hot chips are actually served hot, prices are reasonable, service is good and quick, and staff is friendly. This is one of the only places in town with dedicated parking, which is a nice advantage for when I don’t feel like walking there.I only wish they stayed open a bit later, if they were open til 8 I’d be getting dinner from here almost every night.“
“Delish !!! Ordered Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich and sides. Stopped on way up to Chapel Hill for football game on a Saturday and disappointed to discover no longer a restaurant. Apparently M-F catering and food truck orders only. Saturdays meat market and sides for take out. Pork Sandwiches 11-2. Worth the experience anyways and of course had to buy a tee shirt to commemorate stopping in!!“
“We kept seeing billboards all over 85 South so we had to stop in and the food was amazing we even bought a gallon of BBQ sauce for the road. Also amazing customer service!!! All of the employees where extremely nice and helpful and were there to get anything we needed at anytime!!!“
“This is the BEST Bar-B-Q in the Triad by far! Everything they make melts in your mouth and their house sauce is through the roof! I have been to this place several times and they never disappoint! Definitely recommend to try out the pulled pork and brisket as those are my personal favorites!Also, I have done both take out and dine in and it makes no good. This food is mouth watering and deserves to get more attention!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lot of room for those who need wheelchair access to get around with no issues.“
