“Absolutely delightful! Pizza was delicious, we ordered 4! The beer was cold and the service was great. May, the bartender helped us through the menu bc you order at the bar and they bring you the food to your table marked with a number they give you. We saw the PBS special they did on the place and just had to go. The space is so nice and they have a huge stage outside and even a small stage inside. We went around 2:30 so it wasn't too busy. The entire venue was great. Go here and support local baby!“

“Great food truck!! The food was absolutely delicious. We stopped expecting just tacos, but the menu has a bunch of different foods. We did get tacos and they can out in a good time and where hot! The flavors were great! The green sauce is a mild spice and the habanero sauce is hot but the flavor is so good! We are excited to stop by again soon!“

“The pizza was great. We loved the crust. The veggie and pepperoni were delicious. The pesto artichoke was good but very greasy. The nachos were just OK. They definitely needed more cheese and possibly better chips. We would definitely go back.“

“Admittedly, we only picked this place because our middle child has gone by Bubba since he was as tall as a fiddlehead, so we had tempered expectations. Was seated right away and were pretty much the only table in the place. The smell of fryer hung in the air like all the banners touting Cougar Heritage pride, so much so your clothes will smell like it afterwards. No frills flat top grill and fryer offerings, burgers, tenders, fries and rings. All fairly tasty and the kids approved of Cheerwine on tap. Big plus. Service was a little slow given the time of day and lack of customers, but again, the Cheerwine was flowing, so the kids were happy as clams. The dining room itself was kind of dark and again, fryer smell, plus the industrial catering wedding chairs weren't so comfy, but we weren't expecting Tavern on the Green. Fries and burgers disappeared into gullets without complaint. Inexplicably, there was a not even 10 year-old kid who appeared to be waiting a table. No kidding. Handling money and running drinks. I guess he could try that in a small town. My boy, the Bubba, even gave him a gumball for his trouble.Parking: Private lot with parking a'plenty.Kid-friendliness: They even let kids wait tables.“

“Heard good things, decided to stop in on our way to Hot Springs last week. I am so glad we did. Got the meat sampler platter. Everything was juicy. The pork belly appetizer was addictive. So we decided toStop on the way down to HotSprings today 3/19/24. Decided to try the trio. Cause I wanted the brisket again and wanted to try the ribs. Both so juicy and delicious. We still have some of the bbq kicker sauce for the leftovers! And the onion rings and banana pudding was amazing. I don't live to far. Will be back at least once a week ?“
