3/16/2024 10:50Everything was awesome! The host was a bit robotic, but he's cool. Waitor is awesome. But..... I had to use the restroom, and what I saw has so far ruined my experience.There is urine on the floor around the urinal. I couldn't even get close to the urinal to use it. Potentially the best IHOP in Charlotte food wise with disappointing service.This IHOP location is located in a busy shopping plaza. There are other competitors nearby, so parking can be a challenge during peak hours. There is rooftop parking if all parking spaces are taken.This IHOP looks like most standard locations. It looks like it was either opened or remodeled not too long ago since there is minimal damage to the restaurant. The tables are clean & the staff does a good job...read full review
