“Ever since I heard China Grove Family House was going to do a Breakfast menu, I have been on pins and needles waiting to try, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I got the Avocado Eggs Benedict and a side of Sausage Gravy Biscuit. I honestly do not have anything bad to say, the service was great, the waitress was nice, and the hollandaise sauce was nearly perfect. I have tried Egg Benedict at other locations and have been let down because the hollandaise sauce was broken. This one however was maybe a bit thick but tasted good. The pico de gallo on top of the poached eggs gave everything a nice balance of flavors. The sausage gravy and biscuit had just enough salt and was not over salty. Lastly the home fries was seasoned perfectly. Usually I need a sauce to go with home fries because most places have very little seasoning. The china grove family house home fries were great. I will definitely be returning here again for breakfast.“

“Wayside always delivers when it comes to a good meal,always happy with the food. Breakfast is excellent, as well as lunch and dinner, they have just about everything you can think of, as well as daily specials. I eat the grilled chicken pita often, I usally add bacon, and ?, which is lil extra but it's excellent every time. Staff is very friendly, and always very attentive. I recommend church street wayside. There is Something for all ages.“

“1st time coming here with family and we all absolutely loved it! It’s a takeout restaurant but do have the option to sit and eat. The owner was very nice, friendly and funny! Dad and I Ordered Philly cheesesteak supreme combo and it was the best I’ve had! Will definitely get full from just the cheesesteak alone, it’s ALOT!! Everything is cooked FRESH and made to order! Real meat! Veggies sautéed perfectly! Mom ordered cheeseburger and she loved it! It was a big mouth watering burger with all the fixings, FRESH, including homemade slaw! Will definitely be returning for more deliciousness!! Highly recommend!! 2 thumbs up!!“

“Would have been 5 if food was just a little faster. I get it with the kitchen and fresh. But we waited almost 1 hour to get our food. BUT with that being said it was Busy. I will definitely go back. The food was good!! Omelet was great.“
