The menu is extremely large and almost overwhelming. The outstanding service personnel can help you navigate the menu if asked. We will continue to go back to try different menu items. Don't be afraid if the parking lot seems empty. They do a very large pickup service.“
“Wife and I moved to North Carolina nearly four years ago. Not long after we discovered Smithfield's. While not a big fast food guy I must admit I'm quite impressed by this chain. For fast food their food quality is quite high, along with quality side selections. Their service is second only to Chick-fil-A's and it's a very close second. Good food value, pleasant and attentive staff, beautiful architecture and the best fast food dining in atmosphere. It's my impression that thier customers are passionate and loyal and help to create a pleasant dining experience. Stop here before any other fast food restaurants if looking to have a quick eat out or carryout. Very family friendly.“

The atmosphere was modern but also didn’t feel committed. The name “Carolina Bleu Grille” leans toward a more rustic style and vibe but the interior is modern minimalist. I think a mix of artwork would help.“

“4/25/24 Update: Visited Longhorn again for an early dinner with a friend. My wife and I ordered Flo's steak. My wife's dinner was great. My steak was ordered medium. Regrettably it arrived done. My sweet potato was lukewarm and slightly undercooked. My salad was good. Since in the past Longhorn meals have been great, I lowered my rating by only one star, hoping this one was a fluke.3/6/23: Visited Longhorn on dinner date with my wife. As always Flo's steak with baked sweet potato was very good. The bonus this visit was our waitress Leigh. She was attentive to our needs while not interrupting my wife and my conversation. “I came to get 2 pieces of the triple chocolate cake. The young man at the register picked out two fresh moist pieces. The key is to look at sticker date. He knew those without stickers were the ones baked that day. They did not disappoint. So chocolatey and moiiiissstttt.“

“There's a lady that works here, I believe she's the nicest person I have ever met!!! I had ordered a 4 piece, I got my order and it came with hush puppies. I politely asked that the HP be removed... The "lady" then said, "ok, would you prefer fries"? I was so pleased and I thank her profusely... She just answered and said, I'm doing my job . I was so pleased!!! Oh and the chicken was excellent... Just what I wanted!!!!“

“I took a group of 33 students and adults on a field trip to this restaurant. Ms. Patrick and her staff were amazing! I called to place the order ahead of time. When we arrived, our food was hot and fresh, ready for students to enjoy. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. “I came here hoping to get a good dinner and instead it was trash!!! I ordered a half rack of ribs and they came out broken apart and cooked hard with sauce poured on them!! The rolls were COLD as well as my food except the apples. I don't know what has happened but I will go to Wendy's next time. And lord the waiter was HORRIBLE and never came to check on you but would walk by and cut his eyes!! No customer skills!!“
