I do not recommend using the app at this location — it takes 3x as long to get the food; at least, it did in my experience. If I would have just walked in and joined the line instead of ordering via the app, I would have saved myself at least 15 minutes… and perhaps the order would have been completely right, which it was not.
Great staff, food, customer service etc when they have the necessities to make a sub such as Ham lol Everytime we go in they are out of ham, turkey or some major ingredient
I pleaded with the employee to serve me fresh tuna, but he said it is fresh from “yesterday”. It is old, you can tell it is dry, it is not “eat fresh” aesthetic. The scoop’s handle was also touching the tuna. Employee was rude, and laughed at my complaint.
