“We recently had our baby shower at High Branch and it was amazing! We loved the space and got a lot of help setting up. Gabriel also was amazing with answering all of our questions and helping us pick a set up that would work for us.The space for the shower is great for groups of around 35-40, it’s awesome if you like more intimate events. We would definitely use them again.“
“Twenty-Six Acres is a hidden neighborhood gem. While the location is a bit obscure, it is well worth the find. We went on a Friday evening. It was busy but not overly crowded.The servers are friendly. The brewery is nicely decorated with plenty of seating. There are plenty of screens to watch whatever sporting events are on. There is also an upstairs area that can be reserved.We were able to order food from Cousins Maine Lobster, which was the food truck on site that evening.Check the website or social media to see what events are happening throughout the week!“
“My partner and I found this place around 3 months ago and have made it a regular visit for getting outside of Charlotte. The food is the best I’ve had for a bar setting and the drinks are just a bonus. Love seeing something new every time we come. The variety and creativity really make this place stand out. “Cabarrus Brewing is a great place to meet friends, watch sports, or just have a locally brewed beverage. Recently they added a kitchen where you can order snacks that pair well with their beers. Upstairs is a large space for organized activities to take place. I just started a beginners shag dance class there. I’m glad CBC is part of our community.“

“Went to my 2nd Graduation night and tried the Pineapple Cider. The glass was about 3/4ths filled but that's fine. It was really delicious. I was surprised that it wasn't bitter. You definitely could taste the notes of Pineapple. I love the open airy feel of the brewery and quick location to campus.“
“My friends and I frequent this brewery and we all love hanging out here. But the new signage for no outside food is very off putting. Since the very beginning grabbing Sabor and hanging out has always been our thing. Now that they have their own “Armor Dog” they want you to purchase food from their but the menu doesn’t have many great options like Sabor! This really sucks, I have always enjoyed grabbing Sabor and hanging out in the social district with their great craft beers or ciders.“
“BBQ Served With A Side of Honesty!!Had cousins visit from Delaware and thought we’d try Pharr Mill for the first time. Service was exceptional, food was awesome and staff was helpful in explaining the menu. Having finished dinner, we left the restaurant and the next day, the cousins departed for home. An hour after their departure, my cuz called to see if he left his wallet at my house. He had not. Three days had passed and he called Jeff at Pharr Mill just to see if someone might have found a wallet and to his surprise, the bar tender had found it in the parking lot and turned it into Jeff. I picked it up for my cousin and not one dollar was missing!!! Credit cards and cash were all still there. Kudos to for their honesty!! Please visit Jeff and his crew at Pharr Mill. If for no other reason than to give your support to an HONEST business!!“
“We have lived in the Charlotte area for about 2 years, we have tried a lot of breweries in the area but Southern Strain is BY FAR our favorite!!! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. But best of all, their beers are SO good! The addition of The Eatery has just topped it all off with amazing food! We always bring our out of town friends to Southern Strain!!!“
