“Arby's on Summit Ave, Greensboro NC. The Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 20 chicken sliders for my snack day at work but when I unwrapped one chicken slider it had cheese on it. My co-worker can't eat cheese, so the Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 10 more chicken sliders without cheese, no charge. Excellent customer service. “Food was Good & Hot as usual. There has only been once I've ordered something that wasn't in my bag & I've been plenty of times! Last time I Did an online order in the parking lot because they had a coupon for so much off my order if I ordered online. I have to say it was very fast and my food was done and like I said very good and hot. The employees aren't always as friendly, or really even seen them smile, but like I said at least my food was accurate. Very tasty! And hot and fresh!“
“This Arby's location has been consistently good every time I've gone there. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the employees are very helpful. If you dine in, their sauce station is always fully stocked and if you go order through the drive thru, they give you a few of each sauce even if you forget to ask for it. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by this Arby's location and I will definitely be back again.“
“I ordered the new bourbon sandwich meal with the crinkle fries and a root beer. My daughter ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich meal with a Jamocha shake. The lady at the window was really nice. It didn't too take long to receive out food. When I got my sandwich, there was hardly no sauce on it. Glad I asked for Arby sauce. That helped a lot. The meat was tender and had a really good flavor. My daughter smashed her food of course. Overall it wasn't a bad experience...I would likely go back.“
“ALERT, ALERT, ALERT,THIS GUY NAMED KENNETH (according to the name on the receipt) DEMONSTRATED EXTREMELY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I ordered the fish strips and fries; the food was piping hot and tasted great. But what got me was this guy's attitude and demeanor over the speaker and at the window!! If he is not a manager, he should be granted that title and position. “Went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches, small order of Mozzarella sticks & a medium drink. Drive thru was NOT busy but server requested that I move my car to the door because they were cooking the mozzarella sticks. ?♀️ no one in line behind me & no one came through the drive thru the entire time we were waiting, which fortunately was only about 3 minutes. But the young black girl that brought out our order was not at all friendly, did not smile, or even thank us. In fact, she acted like she was doing US a favor! There is more I could say but I won't. The food was good although the service was lacking!“
“This is the best Arby's I've been to in a long time. The food was hot. The portions of my double roast beef were perfect. Two employees (cashier and another) were taking care of the dining area. The cashier, he was courteous and talked to many of the customers as he was cleaning. You can tell that this store is well taken care of by its employees.“
