McDonald's provides a mixed experience, but with some standout staff members. One employee, wearing a black "D.E.B" sweatshirt, consistently delivers great customer service, rectifying order mistakes and making excellent ice coffees. Another highlight is the night shift team, including a respectful young man and a manager with dreads, who work efficiently and provide a pleasant experience. While food quality can be inconsistent, such as mushy nuggets, the staff's friendly service makes up for it, making for a worthwhile visit.
