“First time dining here for my group. I ordered the salmon patties with collards, yams, and side salad. Oh and a mimosa, the watermelon strawberry one. My sis ordered the crab cakes with Mac n cheese and collards. My son had fried shrimp with yamsMy brother had the fried lobster tail and waffle and our friend ordered the chicken and waffle. When I tell you EVERYTHING was gooooood.....yes we sampled each others food because I'd heard about this place and had to confirm for MYSELF!!!! We asked for the chef, because we had to see who was blessing us with this gift. She humbly came out and thanked us for the compliments, but um "Chef Luxe", thank You!!!“
“I can honestly say I think I’ve found the chick-fil-a customer service outside of chick-fil-a! I was greeted and seated soon as I walked in. My server was super respectful and waited until I finished my zoom call. Desmond was knowledgeable of everything on the menu and suggested some delicious meals. Food was order and delivered less than maybe 5-7 mins. I received everything I needed without having to ask. Refills were brought to my table at the perfect time. I can’t wait to visit again. Even the playlist was top tier. I highly recommend 10/10!“
“Today was me and my husbands first time trying this restaurant. We love a good soul food spot, without cooking it at home lol! Ms.AnnaRae definitely does her thing in the kitchen!! We ordered the stuffed chicken, sides, and red velvet cake. I must say everything was delicious, with nice sized portions. We will be back to support you again!“
“Netta is a very professional young lady with a pleasant spirit. She exceeded my expectations. She prepared a Cajun Turkey, which I had never had. The turkey was the conversation piece of my gathering and we plan to use her for future events. I usually don't do reviews but trust and believe if you taste this young ladies food, you will not be disappointed.“
“This is one of my favorite spots located inside The City Kitch on Milner Drive. I supported this place through all the changes but one thing for sure, the quality of the food has not changed. It’s very filling and flavorful. The menu does rotate so please follow the Facebook page Denoris Soulfood and call to place your order. Right now she’s open Thursday-Sunday. This is definitely one place to support and you get a lot of food for the price. So far as the sides unless indicated she does not cook with pork in her vegetables if you need a vegetarian option. “Since i have moved here in 2017 Gate City has become my favorite environment to be in. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. They have different themes for some nights like the video i posted of karaoke night and the price of the drinks are decent and you will always have a great time when DJ Rio is on the ones and two's. Overall the heart of Greensboro's good time!!“
