I've stayed here twice while waiting for early morning flights the next day and each time was great. The employees were absolutely fantastic, had great attitudes, and were very accommodating. The hotel itself was clean, including the elevator which is sometimes missed by housekeeping, but this was not the case here. 1 night stay, May 25,2022. As soon as we stepped foot off the elevator we were greeted by a mess of popcorn strewn about on the floor. I didn't have much interaction with the staff myself until I had to call the front desk in regards to our TV not working, this was around 10pm. The rep stated she could send someone to look at in the morning, which made no sense as we were only staying the night. Not sure what other people have encountered here, but I want to thank Tavia (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) working late shift on 3/12. Asked her for toothpaste and she gave me extras because she knows one small packet is never enough. Very small, but no one has ever done that for me before. Thank you so much.
