Never in my life experience this kind of customer service. They made conversation and made the visit welcoming and at ease, they deserve 10 stars. Will definitely return and recommend!“
“The food was sooooo good. The portions seem small but once you start eating, you gonna need that to go box. They have these little buttons on the booths that when pressed it alerts the servers we need assistance. I thought that was pretty cool!! Our server was very nice and attentive! “Sakura is hands down one of the BEST restaurants in Greenville!! We got the Thai green curry with shrimp and the spicy basil noodles with chicken. The curry has zucchini (among other veggies) which were SO perfectly cooked. Also a nice surprise to have tofu puffs in the curry. Both the noodles and curry were ordered at a spice level 1 (out of 4) which was just enough to have a little heat.“
“I've been going here for years, but recently I had stale chicken that was not chewable. There was a light skin chubby dude with glasses and a chubby dark male with wild hair that worked July 26....I called to let them know that they should not be selling that batch to anyone . Their response lacked any concern. 5 stars because this is actually a great restaurant with great food that I've never had any issues with prior. Im very familiar with the owner and I know for a FACT that she would not have allowed this within her presence. Good help is hard to find. Nomore stale chicken.“
“Was my families first time at Wasabi 88 and it didn’t disappoint! We got the tuna and salmon nigiri as an appetizer which tastes so fresh. We then got the buy one get one free two rolls the chefs specialty which were also amazing! We weren’t sure what two rolls too get but our amazing waitress Kaylee helped recommend us to the red velvet roll and rainbow dragon which were both amazing! We are very pleased with the excellent service and quality of food!“
“The food is always amazing. We go regularly. Service honestly just varies on who you get. We have had some amazing staff on top of it and some that lagged a little but for the most part never an issue. And the fact I can get sushi without the rice for my keto diet is amazing.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten Free and keto and I am able to eat comfortable here without worry.“
“You will have to show up to this restaurant 45 minutes or more prior to opening to avoid an hour to an hour and a half wait but I will say they do give you a decent amount of phone and the flavor is great they have one of the best broths that I've had at any Hibachi restaurant I also enjoyed our cook he is the reason for the four stars for food service and atmosphere because the lady who took the orders had a couple of orders mixed up although she wasn't rude when mentioned to her it still was a bit annoying to have put that much stress on the cook when he kept trying to put the wrong food according to the lady's order on the wrong person's plates but in the end this is a nice place to go with your family to celebrate anniversaries birthdays Etc highly recommend“

“One man working at 7pm on a sunday and their toaster oven was broken. The man was as sweet as could be and very nice. He made a delicious sandwich for me and my boyfriend. I was so hungry and his sandwich hit the spot. Cookies are really good too.“
“Really great food and service. Service was really good, but I feel bad for one of the host/waitress. This one customer was so rude to her about her food being cold. After she ate like 6 plates, then she still had the nerve to ask for a cup to go, and then she was so rude to the host. She snatched the cup out of the host hand And when she left she knocked all the plates on the floor.“
“Me and friends and family go here to dine all the time. Tonight we had a server named Ryleigh, she was outstanding! She’s been the best waitress i’ve had from there. She made sure to check on us frequently and was very kind. Food is also amazing, I haven’t had anything from there I haven’t liked. I love it!“
