“This place is fantastic! My wife and I frequent the chimney rock location of Burntshirt Vineyards but with the disaster of hurricane Helene that has wiped out chimney rock, and my wife’s birthday being this week I figured I would take a chance at checking this location out and I’m so glad we did!

The staff was very friendly, from our waiter Landon(who gave my wife and I a tour of the facility after) to the manager Che and all the way down to the chef, Steve. It’s a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere which was so nice, we were close to the fireplace which was a nice touch since the weather was in the 40’s. My wife had their chicken salad sandwhich and potato wedges which she loved and I had their Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was the definition of delicious! Over all of this we had 2 wine flights, and to wrap it up their white chocolate bourbon bread pudding and it’s by far the best I’ve ever had. Bread pudding is one of my all time favorite desserts and this was the best without question.

If you and your family, or you and your s/o are looking to get out and enjoy a delicious meal in a place of relaxation, this is absolutely it. Their wine assortment is great and the wine slushies they have also, are super refreshing on top of being tasty!

The atmosphere behind the restaurant with outdoor seating was really nice, they have a fire pit outside so you can relax even in the chilly weather, but should also be a great atmosphere for the summertime under the stars.”

Not only was the atmosphere quaint and the service very friendly but the food was DELICIOUS and the owner (Matthew) is awesome. This spot is a GEM in Hendersonville. *** As we were finishing up our meal and paying the check Matthew came around to *each* table with a free cookie - spreading kindness and love and asking everyone to call a friend or family member and tell them how much they mean to you (as he had just lost a close friend). I will be back to help support this local business and all the good they have in their heart and share with others! ...(and order the "Dearest David" sandwich - yum!)”

Also able to buy a beer for service workers, first responder, UTILITY WORKERS, teachers, etc. so you can "pay it forward". Dog friendly. 10/10, one of my favorite places in Hendo!!”

Incredible Tacos and Torta at Taquira El Chuy!

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Taquira El Chewy, and it’s easily the best taco truck I've ever experienced. The Pastor Torta was out of this world—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor in every bite. I also tried two Pastor Tacos, and they were just as fantastic, with a deliciously soft tortilla and a mouthwatering balance of spices. My wife loved her three Chicken Tacos, which were tender, fresh, and cooked to perfection. We washed it all down with two bottles of Yoritos orange soda, which paired perfectly with the food. The team at Taquira El Chewy clearly puts heart into every dish, and the food quality and service were top-notch. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican street food, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for more and recommend it to everyone in the area!”

“I'm going to get right to the point. I went to Tully's Cafe today after a business meeting with two of my friends, I was the first to arrive! I walked in and grabbed a table and then all of a sudden out of nowhere comes this big huge smile walking towards us, instantly felt comfortable and welcomed! My friends finally arrived and the server, who was by herself at the time (it was around 2:00 in the afternoon) greeted us, went over the specials, and got our drinks! In the meantime a couple more tables came in, she seemed to know them all! Now let me tell you about this server, she did not even ask guest what they wanted to drink (she just knew), most of the guest, she knew what they were going to eat as well, I myself heard her ask a couple tables are you going to have your regular today? This server was by herself and I counted nine tables that she had, she kept everyone's drink full, our food arrived to us in a timely fashion, and she kept that huge smile on her face. She did tell us her name, but I regret that I have since forgotten! She was small with a great big smile and a ballcap (The cap said bad hair day) We all had a good laugh over that! She really wow"d us. And did I mention, that this was all right at closing and she never rushed us, she kept our drinks full, even offered dessert! The food was all fresh, large portions, arrived quickly, everything we ate was amazing, high recommendations on the potato salad, I think it's the best I've had in a while! I've read so many bad reviews lately about service and restaurants and I wanted everyone to know that great servers still exist, she was the best we've ever had, come find her at Tolley's Cafe! This will now be our GO TO place, and please give that server a pat on the back, she's a keeper!”

Expertly created by Chef McKenzie at the Dixie Diner in Hendersonville, NC. My English Muffin was toasted to perfection. The girl has talent! It was absolutely AMAZING! I ate it slow so I could relish every single bite. Today, Hayley was our waitress extraordinaire. We enjoy having our Sunday breakfast at Dixie. Their food is always cooked just right with picture perfect presentation. You definitely eat with your eyes first at Dixie. The entire staff knows what they are doing and they put a lot of care into their food and service. Dixie truly cares about their customers. You become their family when you have breakfast or lunch at Dixie. Very welcoming and sincere. It definitely takes a village to make a restaurant great.
