“Artisan bakery and coffee/tea house with lovely employees and a lovely vibe. Pastry’s are a level up from many triangle bakers; They are made with quality ingredients and the pastry skills are there. Kim’s can by no means compete with the Owl bakerys, Hole Donuts or Bolted Breads of North Carolina. Flavors are punchy and interesting but not quite in balance. I’m glad Kim’s isn’t afraid of a little bit of sourness, tartness or bitterness in their baked goods. But the harmony of Ingredients isn’t perfect. With a little tweeting Kim’s could get there. Tea cakes are extremely moist. Danishes are flaky. And finally someone in this area is serving a cardamom bun! I’m seeing a lot of potential. With a few more years of practice and experimentation Kim’s may start producing baked goods that people go out their way for. In the meantime, if you’re in the area stop in for a delicious treat and great cup of coffee.“

“This is my favorite restaurant in the Triangle. It used to be named Panciuto and won many awards. The name changed, but the food is still stellar.They have different food every week, but some of my favorites so far have been their fresh pasta made with homemade sausage and the "Yodel" dessert made of cream and chocolate.“

“AMAZING DELICIOUS LOVELY! I ordered a dozen cinnamon rolls for Administration Professionals Appreciation Day, and when I picked them up they were still warm in the box! They smelled so good in the car I was practically drooling. Everyone at work was so excited when they saw the cinnamon rolls and said they tasted great! Ordering and pick up was a breeze. Lydia and her staff are wonderful and kind. Thanks y'all for helping me make our admin staff feel appreciated. “I first ordered a custom cake for my daughters 4th birthday (M&M themed). The cake looked amazing and tasted even better! She was creative and brainstormed ideas for the cake with me. All of the parents asked for the baker’s contact for their next event. Meital has now also made whoopie pies for my husbands birthday. She is also working on a custom cake for my oldest daughter’s birthday. I will continue to return to Even Dough for my events!“

“I had the chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and the almond swirl that's like a croissant. The almond one was my favorite although the others were both delicious as well. I had the best chai latte I've ever had there! Everytime I'm in this area, I'm getting one again! The seating was not super comfortable or plentiful so it's not the best spot to hang out too long but it was nice for what I needed which was a place to enjoy my treats for 30 mins.“

“I was having a super hard time in sam's in the clothing section and out of the corner of my eye I saw a this pretty hispanic girl in a bunch of gold chains Folding a bunch of clothes. i asked for her name and she said it was Angelina, She was the nicest worker ever, I told her how I was struggling to find some jeans for my boyfriend and i did not know his size and she was actually really helpful because i would say im super indecisive and she really helped me pick out the best pair of jeans for him. But turns out they didn't fit but the second time i came in to return to jeans I saw her again working hard at folding clothes and basically explained how they didn't fit him correctly and she recommended me a different size for him and it actually fit.
