This is my favorite pasta. It's always balanced and perfectly cooked no matter the combo (specials rotate), and the baked goods are irresistible. The atmosphere feels spacious and warm at the same time. Staff are super friendly and kind. This is my favorite restaurant in the Triangle. It used to be named Panciuto and won many awards. The name changed, but the food is still stellar.They have different food every week, but some of my favorites so far have been their fresh pasta made with homemade sausage and the "Yodel" dessert made of cream and chocolate.
