“This is one of the nicer Longhorn's I've been to. Al, our server, was great. I've eaten here many times over the years and Al remembered me and it was just nice having good food and friendly service. I will definitely go back again!“
“These folks are listed out of Huntersville, but they travel, and I, for one, am extremely grateful for their mobility.They have 2 enormous smokers, and they most definitely know how to use them.Turkey wings, legs, chicken, BBQ, etc. I could go on and on, but I included a close-up shot of their menu for you to look over yourself.They are located on Statesville Ave on Fridays. Right across from the Shell gas station and right next door to Jerry's grocery store in a huge gravel filled lot. There is plenty of room for parking and some picnic tables to sit at as well.The sweet tea is Southern, and the Q is definitely on point, with their own sauce, not quite all Eastern NC style and not quite all Western NC style, but a nice crossover. Loved the potato salad, and the turkey leg was smoked to absolute perfection. You can literally taste the infusion of smokiness in each and every single bite. My co-worker ordered a couple of cheeseburgers and some fries and said they were a big hit as well. The burger actually covered the entire bun. He said the Q sauce was great for dipping the fries as well.You can follow them and see where they'll be located each and every day. “I have always loved Lancaster’s. The menu is huge and everything is good. Today for lunch I had the BBQ/Brisket combo with collards and green beans. I got it to go, drove 10 minutes away to work to eat it and it was still piping hot. Everything was absolutely delicious!“
“Great barbecue place I'm glad that I tried. The portions are large. The meat was tender and flavorful. I had the brisket and the turkey which I had enough left over for another meal. The corn pudding and potato salad were great The macaroni and cheese was pretty average. I wish cornbread was an option instead of the Texas toast. Would definitely try this place again I was very pleased with the service and how quick the food came out.“
“We like going here. The atmosphere is great. The food is great. However, when we ordered our drinks there was literally no alcohol in them. We are an older couple and have been around long enough to know when we are getting our money's worth.“
“Stopped here on my way home to Greensboro from Charlotte. Ordered 2 appetizers (pulled pork egg rolls & tator tots topped w/ their DE-licious beef brisket) and they were good sized portions. The tator tots were my absolute favorite! My new favorite bbq spot!!“
“Bartender was very nice and attentive. Drinks were very good. Had pulled pork sandwich, beans, Corn on the Cob. Wasn’t a fan of the white sauce on the cob; didn’t really add anything to the taste. The pulled pork was good. Atmosphere was okay. A few more sports TVs around the bar would be nice with some sports on. I’d definitely come back though.“
“Honestly this place deserves more business, I used to eat here periodically on my lunch break. The main cook always remembered what I ordered and had it ready in a matter of minutes. Food is delicious and plentiful so you won’t leave wanting more. I would highly recommend the sliders or the brisket grilled cheese!Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramp to front door for wheelchairs.“
“Our server had the nastiest attitude. We just wanted to grab a few drinks and ordered appetizers since the weather was nice we were not hungry but thirsty. She rushed us out while there were empty tables outside and my buddy asked for a beer and the waiter was like "aaaahhhumm okay"..lady if we were hampering the business we would have left, but there was empty chairs. Did not feel welcome there at all by her. Will give it another chance, but the server needs to work on her attitude. You are welcome for the tip by the way whoever you are. You did not deserve any tips but its okay. Just do a better job next time please.We were having a great time till you ruined it in the end. We would have got 3 more beers each between the three of us before we decided "guess she wants us out" .“
“Food and customer service are great. Keep in mind that if you're coming with a large group, then you must arrive together to eat at the same time. Otherwise, they're very strict about not letting you get a table or order anything until everyone's arrived. I wouldn't recommend doing your birthday here because on my birthday all they did was give me a moon pie, which I thought was terrible. If you want a really sweet birthday, go to KPOT Korean BBQ and Hotpot because there the staff literally will come with a lit up sign, pastry, and enthusiastically sing for you, which we witnessed.Parking: Depending on what day/time you come here, parking can be a pain.“
“Hands down the best burnt ends and bbq baked beans I've had. I don't normally like hushpuppies, but I ate these.Keia was a wonderful, kind, and patient server to us. Five stars are not enough to give to this restaurant. Ten stars, absolutely!“
