“I love their chicken salad. I was so disappointed when they took it off their menu. The last time I was there I. asked the manager about it. He said they now run it as a special every other week. And to call each week to see if it was a special well today was my lucky day! I called and it was on special! I have to say I was disappointed when I saw they had cut back on the portion size and cost had gone up. But I wanted it that bad and paid the price! It was still as good as ever. I also tried their cheesecake and oh my it was awesome. I could not eat it all at one setting!“

“The name says it all. We walked in as soon as they opened.  They were so welcoming to me and my family.  My toddler is a picky eater, but also a little flirt. The owner came over to take our order and entertained my son. Now the food was so good, my picky eating son got second helpings on mashed potatoes. I got the grilled catfish with greens and Mac&Cheese. I'm coming back and it looks like I'll bring my son too!“

“Ate here on a whim during a trip to Concord, and it was DELICIOUS! My husband who claims he hates caramel (and didn't read the full description) ordered the Biscuit French Toast and ate every bite of it, salted caramel sauce and all. His OJ was fresh squeezed and you could tell by the taste and SMELL, yum! I got the Biscuits & Sausage Gravy and they were amazing. The biscuits were light and fluffy and the gravy was creamy with a slight kick. My Caramel Toffee latte had actual pieces of toffee on top (nice touch!) So good, and wish we had one near us in the Raleigh, NC area.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids eating breakfast here while we were and there's a kids menu.“

“Best BBQ I’ve had in NC period !!! Never disappointed with my food. Whenever I come down to NC from Delaware , I make it a point to come get their Ribs , M&C , Street Corn and Collard Greens. The Brisket is the real deal also. And the smoked wings are A+ . “Mom was in the mood for fish. I called Circle G to place the order. The receptionist patiently accepted our order, repeating it to ensure it was correct. He stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the food was prepared to our expectations! This restaurant is always busy yet, they make you feel special!!! Mom was happy with her flounder, black eyed peas and potato salad. “This food truck was at The Armored Cow on a Saturday night. I cannot emphasize enough how truly excellent everything was!! We had the flounder fish and chips which was incredibly fresh, crisp, and flavorful, along with the grilled salmon sandwich on a brioche roll, with a couple biscuits on the side. The salmon was perfection and those biscuits were little miracles of crispy exterior with a tender moist crumb inside. We ate like kings and frankly made a spectacle of ourselves yumming and moaning with pleasure over each bite. If you see this food truck, you will forever regret not stopping by and enjoying the hospitality of the owners and their gorgeous food offerings.“

“Had lunch with a friend. The service was freidly, knowledgeable about the menu, and knew tea selection by heart. I ordered onion soup and a side of fried green tomatoes. Arrived rapidly, hot, and very tasty.At 12:15, the first floor was full. The noise level made conversation difficult for senior people so you may want to arrive early, or have a late lunch.Beware of upstairs. It has a low ceiling make noise level even higher.In warmer weather their outside patio would be very relaxing.If you.in the mood for a cocktail only the bar is quiet, comfortable and relaxing.This is a must go to place.Parking: Parking surrounds the building.“

“My wife, son, and I came in tonight, far too close to close. The staff were very friendly and didn't attempt to rush us through our dinner, although we did rush ourselves out of respect for the employees. Food was fantastic (as it always is in my experience) we highly recommend this location.“

“Stayed at this hotel for a convention with a friend. The restaurant was BUSY all weekend but the employees were fantastic. Brittany was awesome!!! Remembered us from Friday to Saturday and remembered our drink orders! Always had a smile on her face and service was prompt! The Edgewater burger was great. The lights were a little bright for our liking but that is the only negative we experienced.“

“We went here for an outdoor concert…playing were 2 tribute players (Billy Joel & Elton John). Aside from the weather being a perfect 10 pre-fall…lots of fun, happy people. (Felt bad for the women, seemed to always be a long line at the bathroom for them), the musicians were excellent!“
