“This was our first time. We walked in Sunday night at round 7pm and there was a DJ playing music that to us did not fit the atmosphere. It was strange given the theme of the place and music was more club music. Too loud. No I am not old. lolWe ordered the pineapple chicken which was great. Had a teriyaki glazed sauce. Mashed potatoes and roasted corn. ALL was great.“

“I had never heard of this place and certainly didn't realize it was a chain until pulling it up on Google Maps. I ate here on Friday and it was spectacular. I was very happy with the pancakes and the livermush+egg+cheese sandwich. I also had a bite of hashbrowns and country fried steak. I highly recommend this place because not only was the food great, but the service was wonderful and the price was right.“

“Went on a Friday night. They had a guy playing live music and an hour wait. The wait was worth it! The food was awesome. My table had the family diner with oysters, clams, corn shrimp, and crablegs as well as the shrimp and grits. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was really chill. The wait staff was great! We will definitely be back!“

“For those in the south who have yet to experience Culver's, it's a blue themed Chick-fil-A but with burgers and fish instead of chicken.Culver's gives great service at every one I've been to. The dining areas & bathrooms have always been reasonably clean.I'll recommend Culver's to anyone!“

“This BBQ restaurant is located on the north side of Salisbury in close proximity to both the Catawba and Livingstone College campuses and the Bob Heffner Veterans Medical Center. Walking into this barbeque restaurant was like a trip back in time to my younger years when there was a barbeque joint in every small community serving great chopped and sliced barbeque sandwiches and trays. Also reminded me of the freshly grilled hotdogs and hamburgers served all the way with chilli, slaw and onion and don't forget the pimento cheese burgers. College Barbeque has all these memories served fresh daily. They deserve more than a 5 Star rating !Parking: Small parking lot that fills up quickly during the lunch time rush other times plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking at entrance only downside is the restrooms are outside the building“

“I have never had anything here that I don't like. Unfortunately, they temporarily do not have their taragon chicken salad, which used to be my go to (its so darn good), however they did have the veggie sandwhich on the menu and that is my next fall back. The veggie sandwhich was amazing as always and their bowtie salad is *chefs kiss*. It's light, but filling, and doesn't bog you down. The flavors are bright and pair great together. I love the flavor combinations they use here and it makes them stand out from the other resturants. They pride themselves in their fresh, flavorful ingredients and it always shows.“

“My first time at Sunshine Family Restaurant. Nice family atmosphere, good food and excellent service. Staff wasn't notified that we would be a large group and handled it well. The server was on top of things, kept up the orders straight and always had a smile.“

“Eaten here a few times. The first time was when my mom and I were looking for a good burger and milkshake place. The set up inside is very cute. The food is good and filling, but nothing to fancy since it is a diner. Service has always been good and staff is very friendly. Great place to eat for a hangout with friends or family!Parking: There if free parking offered but not a ton of spaces since the lot is pretty small. A bit hard to find a spot if it is busy.“

“Listen if you want a classic diner breakfast with friendly service after your visit to Webb Rd Flea market, this is the place. Fairly steady customers but the staff keep everything moving. Dated interior? yes. Good solid breakfast menu with good coffee? also yes. We will definitely be back.“

“The cutest little wine bar that offers great live music in the summer. They have a huge selection of wine and if you're looking for something in particular they're super helpful in helping you find it. They do have a menu for light bites but it's not something I would recommend having "dinner" at. They have a bar so great if you're solo or table and chairs if you're with a group. I love their patio and will always be my go-to when the weather is nice. Great for date night, ladies night or self-care .“

“The place is super cute. I love the decor. The real winner is the food. It is AMAZING! My husband and I have been a couple of times and it does not disappoint. Everything we've had has been delicious. You have to try the berry baked brie for your appetizer. It's so good! Highly recommend Sweet Meadow Cafe!Vegetarian options: They have several vegetarian options. I can't remember them off the top of my head, but I remember seeing them.Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating. We brought my parents here for dinner when they came to visit. They both have dietary restrictions. Sweet Meadow gladly made the adjustments they needed.Parking: There is a free parking lot down the street. It is a little bit of a walk, but it's not bad. There's also street parking available.“

“I kept hearing about the ribs and finally decided to try them. They definitely lived up to the hype. I didn’t bother with the sauce they gave me, the ribs didn’t need anything, they were awesome. Mac n cheese is probably the best I’ve ever had and the green beans were good too. The service was fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable. No complaints and I look forward to future visits.“

“I usually do take out from Shomars. I love that they have a pickup window you can drive up to and get your food. My favorite meal is their grilled salmon dinner. The salmon is seasoned well and cooked just right. It comes with rice pilaf , salad , pita bread, and some tzatziki pita sauce. It's very tasty. I also enjoy the fried flonder & shrimp ( small size shrimp) Also very tasty. This meal comes with fries, a side of coleslaw. They also throw in a couple of hushpuppies. Yummy! Please note that the portions are filling, and if you don't want fries, you can substitute it with some veggies. Shomars is a different kind of fast food place.Parking: Its located in a small mall area. Plenty of parking.“

“Came in after church today. Parking lot full, had to park and walk. Even though the lot was full, the wait was only a few minutes. Nora was our server and she was the most kind woman and so knowledgeable. The food was great and came out quick, hot, and delicious. Thank you! Support this business!“
“Obsessed! We stumbled by this gem by chance alone and to our shock and awe they make fresh pasta here! Each order is made right then. No heating lamps. Reheating frozen items etc. The owner/ chef Hubert came to our table to check on us and was so kind and passionate about his work it was infectious! We will def return and 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!“

“We have been thinking about trying this for the last couple of visits to the food court. We did our valentine dinner there and were not disappointed. Their chowder is absolutely amazing. My wife got the crab cake and it was delicious. I did the fish and chips and they were perfectly done. We look forward to going back and trying other things on the menu.“

“We drove there just to get the Witchdoctors. They’re hard to find. I usually get them from the other Poplar Tent Rd restaurant but this one is closer to my house. They tasted wonderful but there weren’t any pickles in the bottom of the cup. That’s my favorite part. If anyone reads this from the restaurant, can you please start putting pickles in the drinks as they were originally made? The people at both of the Poplar Tent Rd restaurants are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Thanks!!“

“This is a no frills steakhouse. Prices are pretty manageable. Quality is ok. I had the Chophouse Prime Dip. Sandwich was fairly tasty. That said, it was a bit underwhelming when it came to the amount of meat. Definitely needs a bit more. The Au Jus was not terribly flavorful. It really did not add anything to the dish. We tried the Onion Rings as well. The Ranch dressing they serve with it was quite good. The breading on the rings was quite bland. Not bad. it just needs more flavor. Service was a bit subpar but not horrible. I would consider coming back to try a steak.“

“Very good BBQ!My Wife and I had their food for the first time and I gotta say it was really good! I got the chicken tender platter with fries and my wife got the bird house.(chicken tenders):PROS:- price- portion size- tenders were very crispy- fries had perfect crunch and softness of potato.- made fresh. Definitely wasn't sitting.CONS:- breading needs more seasoning. It lacked spice like garlic powder, salt or pepper.- need 2 dipping sauces served.Bird House:PROS:- price- portion size- love the pulled pork added to the baked beans.- the BBQ used on the pulled chicken was good and has a little kick at the end.- coleslaw was noms!- fries were perfect. Crispy and fluffy.CONS:- sauce for the pulled chicken seemed like it could have been mixed a bit better as some areas were stronger on the sauce than other.Something else I really liked was that they make everything to order. So you know the food is fresh. If you are not able to wait 10-15 mins than this might not be the place for you, but don't sleep on it.Lastly, the staff. Everyone was super friendly. Happy to support a family owned business! Keep up the great work!“

“Its newer so it looks nice inside compared to others ive visited. But the selection at this location isn't as great as some larger locations. And the "flow" of the buffet is off, i find you're always running into others as there isn't one clear direction. They serve breakfast at this location and it is delicious!“

“First time visiting the Concord location. I'll be back! Service was great!Went today 3/23 food was good but minor complaints. Ordered thick cut bacon (they do not have it) it was as thin as regular bacon. I ordered three eggs they only put two on the plate. The waitress did what she could to accommodate my requests and I truly appreciate it. I still would go back again.“

“My wife, my step-daughter, my step-daughter's boyfriend, and I had dinner at Afton Tavern recently. We were thoroughly happy with the experience and will return when we're back in the neighborhood! We stopped in without a reservation on Friday evening and were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress, Ava, came to the table within a few moments and introduced herself to us.Ava let us know that she was new at Afton Tavern, but she would make sure to get answers to any questions we might have. She couldn't tell us the first 9 digits of pi, though...Ava was, in a word, adorable. She put up with our "colorful hijinks" and was a real trooper with us. She was also not afraid to return some of the sass we were giving her. All-in-all, I hope she enjoyed the encounter as much as we did....Besides the excellent service, the food was great! We ordered a variety of entrees from the menu. Due to a keto-friendly diet (no bread), I asked for my chicken sandwich to be served with "big lettuce" so I could wrap the chicken in the lettuce. Ava said, "No problem," and the chicken was delivered just as I had asked. The rest of the meals were great, as well. The bill was very reasonable, too!My only complaint: I used the restroom before our meal and washed my hands, but the men's room was out of paper towels. I mentioned it to the manager as I exited the restroom and he thanked me for letting him know. After the meal, I used the restroom again and the paper towel dispenser was still empty. Grrr.... I mentioned it to the hostess on our way out, so I *hope* it was eventually restocked.“

“So I heard a lot about this place from my friends locally so had to try. I went for lunch today and found a very clean, very friendly place. I had one of the lunch "refuel" options if a cheeseburger all the way (chili, slaw, mustard, onion) and hand cut fries. The cheeseburger was everything you want. A nice warm soft bun, juicy burger and delicious toppings. They offered a choice of fresh hand cut fries or frozen crinkle fries and I chose the hand cut fries. They're softer than perhaps the crinkle fries, so it's a personal preference. They were hot and tasty. Service was quick and again the service was very friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast choices look amazing so I'll be going back again for sure.“
