“We stopped into Mamies drive inn for a burger whilst enroute to the airport and we met by one of the most wonderful, kind people I’ve ever met!

The owner of the most wonderful burger place on Earth, is delightful and kind lady called Sheila! She is an utterly amazing lady who showed us nothing but warmth, friendship and kindness! The burger was literally THE best burger I’ve ever had in my life, it was the double cheeseburger all in, is difficult to express how delicious it was but it covered every single base with 10 stars out of five! We had a fantastic chat and everyone was so kind and friendly, to the effect that Sheila very kindly gave us a T-shirt which I will wear with pride.

I would recommended Mamies Drive inn over any burger place I’ve ever been to in my life and all so recommend it for Michelin star for their services to burgers and the customer service which was absolutely excellent and second to none.

Thank you Sheila, thank you so much. You are an absolute beam of light and you make the world a lot better place. Take care and lots of love from the two British guys that randomly stopped in the best burger place on earth.”

“Chicken tasted burnt, but wasn't. Burnt oil or something, disgusting, gave it to the cats outside. Fries ... ehh ok. Not the greatest. Bathroom needs to be cleaned.”

“we were traveling home tired and exhausted in need of food. our hotel clerk suggested this location and so happy he did. I had the best catfish I have had since a child growing up on Florida Alabama line. Fried green tomatoes brought smiles to all. our server Tori was friendly and helpful and very attentive. Definitely worth checking out”

“We stop in whenever traveling through the area and are never disappointed. You will not leave hungry. The portions are huge. Food is fresh, hot and tasty. My husband is celiac and they were able to accommodate with no problem. The owners are wonderful and you can tell they take pride in every dish served!”

“Waiting and waiting on an online pizza delivery order, only to call the store to be told I requested carryout. Checked email confirmation and sure enough, I did. Not having a car did not help either. Papa John's was nice enough to have it delivered to me. One hour later and the pizza is still hot and delicious. Thank you Papa John's!”

“We went for lunch. The place was moderately filled with the lunch crowd. The pizza bar was filled with a variety of pizzas, pastas, & breads. Each made fresh and added when a dish was emptied. They also took specialty pizza orders, and delivered those pies to your table at no extra charge! It was all included in the lunch buffet price. There was something for everyone here, even kids. I especially like towards the end they added a few dessert pizzas, which completed our meal. Highly recommended that you go try if your in the area! We will definitely be going back soon!”

After reading the many choices on the menus, I decided to choose the Collard green egg rolls & my husband choose the Railroad Burger with the homemade fries , it was Big !!! These meals were beyond TAST & APPEARANCE & VOLUME! than what we expected! “My experience was great. When I walked in the waitress and cook stopped arguing long enough to look over at my wife and I and told us to have a seat anywhere. The cook was blaring Pooh Sheisty over the speakers. It was a magical experience as always at Waffle House. Brrr brrr!”
