“My girlfriend was dying to try this place because she had always seen the lines around the building of people frequenting it. When I say she was not disappointed as she ordered a soup snd was beyond satisfied. Raving about the tasty meat and vegetables cooked to perfection. She really enjoyed that soup and will be returning soon. I really enjoyed my fajita as well. Good atmosphere great service.“
“Ordered the chilaquiles w pastor via doordash since they were just added on there. First off, it's a TON of food, all packaged nicely for delivery. Very good flavor for the pastor, the pineapple was a nice touch. The salsa verde had great heat, probably the best I have had in this area. Rice and beans had a mellow flavor to complement it all. Will definitely order again and try other things.“
“For dollar tacos, I did t have high expectations. However, the food and service is always above and beyond. There is a good variety of taco fillings and the workers always load the tacos up well. The restaurant is always clean and well stocked. The employees are nice and have a good work ethic. I always enjoy coming here to get my taco fix.“
“Very bad, my husband invited me to celebrate Valentine's Day and he asked a waitress for a sauce and just why I ask him if he heard another very offended waitress arrived to complain to us. Something that I found wrong was why the waitress was not disrespected or insulted with a question, and he gave us to understand that because we work in another restaurant we had to agree with them.“
“I am a little shocked by the bad reviews for this Taco Bell because since living in Leland (a little over two years now), we have had nothing but great experiences here. Yes, there is occasionally a longer line/wait but I appreciate that we have never once gone home missing an item we paid for which is shocking for a fast food place. The staff are always kind! When we went through recently, the young man who was taking orders and working at the window (he is shorter with dreads) was really on it. He took the orders so quickly and had the food and drinks out of the window in seconds. I recommend paying them a visit if in the local area.“
“We've been meaning to try this place, but there's always a bunch of people waiting outside. Thankfully, it wasn't a long wait today, and it was so worth it. Everything we ordered was delicious! (We forgot to snap a pic before we started eating.) We'll absolutely be going back.“
“Far and away the best authentic Mexican in Wilmington. Not Tex mex or infinite tortilla chips at you table Mexican, real street food Mexican! They have at least 10 meat options, a taco toppings and salsa bar, and cold horchata and agua de tarmarindo! Honestly on of my favorite restaurants in “
“Zocalo's has so many great options for vegetarians. I had a burrito, which was huge. I took half of it home. They serve complimentary tortilla chips and give free refills for the chips and their delicious salsa. Our waitress was excellent and the music was energetic and fun for my grandchildren to dance to.“
“One of my two or three favorite Mexican places in Wilmington. And purely on the basis of the food, probably my favorite. My only complaint is that the hours are somewhat random. Wish it could be open all of the time, though I understand with: small business, paying staff, etc.“
“My wife and I ordered Steak Fajitas to go. This is the 4th time we’ve done so, and they were outstanding, as always. (The hot sauce is hot!)! So consistent. The food temperature was hot, and so delicious. The portion of steak was incredibly generous! The refried beans and rice were (and always are) perfect. We’ve tried a variety of their dishes, and we’ve never been disappointed. The food at this restaurant is the real deal!!“
