“Subway is always the choice for me when craving a sandwich. I specifically enjoy their tuna sub and the veggie patty sub. Most locations did away with veggie patties and their pizzas. This location sells the pizzas and has the veggie patty available. I came during lunch peak hours and was immediately helped at the counter. As soon as 2 more guests showed up, more sandwich artists came to the front to help build the sandwiches. My sandwich artist was amazing and did a great job building and wrapping my sandwich. This location is more modern, and super clean. The bathroom also has a diaper changing station which is a must since I travel with my 16 month old daughter. It will be my new favorite subway location for a while.“

“Yesterday, I had a problem placing my order, which was an App Special, despite repeated attempts. I almost gave up and ordered food from elsewhere but since I was out and about and close by to this Locust (Charlotte), North Carolina Pizza Hut store, I stopped by to see if they could help.I walked in and at the counter was a very nice, professional young lady named Cecilia who immediately made clear that she would do her utmost best to help me. And she did exactly that. Much to my pleasant surprise, rather than cause me more frustration trying to get the order to go thru on the app (or simply giving up), she conjured up her magical powers and simply placed the order at the counter, which took some knowledgeable manipulation of their order system due to what I wanted being an App Special. 10 or 12 minutes later, my order was ready and I was a happy camper as I drove home.These days, all parts of the restaurant industry are having such a hard time getting staff to act in a professional and gracious manner with customers. They don't look customers in the eye and they don't know how to interact/speak with customers in a productive manner that also leaves the guests of the store feeling like they were cared about and listened to. Cecilia certainly went totally opposite to that stereotype and instead handled my situation like an old pro. I don't know what her position is within the store but if she is not currently the store manager, I have full confidence in her abilities to handle those store manager responsibilities some day soon... and far more.Thank you Cecilia! “I'm that person...I showed up 5 minutes before closing. I felt awful about it and apologized but the staff were amazing and fixed my 2 sandwiches perfectly! Akerria smiled her beautiful smile and was so kind even though I'm sure she wanted to rip my head off for coming in at closing time. She laughed and joked with me and assured me that it was no problem that I came in at the last possible minute. Nasir was also super friendly and never made me feel like a last minute jerk! The entire staff were friendly and helpful but Akerria and Nasir really stood out and delivered perfect customer service! The sandwiches were perfect, the store was clean and the employees were amazing. This Jersey Mike's is an asset to our community and I will happily give them my business! Thank you, Akerria and Nasir...y'all deserve a raise for being so kind and welcoming!“
“Being an 80s kid, I loved Pizza Hut. Unfortunately for me, Pizza Hut has declined over the years to the point that I quit going. Nostalgia had me in the mood for a Pizza Hut pan pizza recently and thought I’d give the this location a try. We’re now going on our fourth order this month! This location has single handedly restored my love for Pizza Hut. I didn’t review after our first visit because with chains being so inconsistent lately, maybe I hit them on a good day. To the contrary - every visit for us has been exactly the same. Customer service is outstanding - we pick up using the drive thru. Every time, the staff has been courteous and efficient. And the pizza? Took me back to my childhood - perfection. Every single pizza we’ve gotten at this location has been top quality. Thank you and please, whatever you’re doing, keep it up. Corporate - find the manager or managers responsible and quadruple their pay. Do not change a thing about this location.“
“I always come here with my friend if we ever happen to be in the area, I personally like subway over other delis like jersey mikes so I definitely would rate a good job. Bread is always fluffy, food is always fresh, and the service is great.“
“I have been searching forever to find the perfect french fry. I know that sounds crazy but the fries are fresh and homemade. Just something from my childhood memories. I have yet to have bad food or bad service. Their food has always been amazing. I would highly recommend their french fries and for breakfast pancakes they make the best of both!“
