Food tastes great. I would have given 5 stars if I saw smiles on the employees faces. Also, the staff were not using the tongs to handle raw meat. There is a potential from cross contamination if the staff are not trained proper food safely procedures. I understand if the item in question is heated on a hot grill afterwards, but the person should not be going from touching raw meat to cold fresh produce ingredients or to touching fresh bread. Waited years to go back to a Charley's. Finally went today. Ordered ahead. Paid for four sandwiches, two of which were supposed to be large. When we got there they said they were out of large buns. We asked for a refund on the two sandwiches for the difference in price and she said that it wasn't worth the effort to give us the money back.
