“This place will put a smile on your face for days!! The sandwiches are top tier! Bread is fresh! The drinks are made fresh daily too, the kool aid is my favorite & The two men that run the place are the greatest, they have the best services & will make sure you are taken care of!! The place is so cozy you'll really feel so comfortable, I'm in love with this place. If I can give them 10 stars I would. If you in a mood for a good Philly or chicken Philly I say this place is the go to. Anyone says anything opposite of this review is lying. Lol Everything was so good I forgot to take a picture!“
“The host was very polite and inviting. Just A Little Taste Of Paradise Apparently, they were short staffed but seated us fairly quickly. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Our food was brought out quickly and was hot and delicious. There is never enough meat in the ribs. Overall the food, service and ambience is good. We would recommend this as a place to eat.“
“Food tastes great. I would have given 5 stars if I saw smiles on the employees faces. Also, the staff were not using the tongs to handle raw meat. There is a potential from cross contamination if the staff are not trained proper food safely procedures. I understand if the item in question is heated on a hot grill afterwards, but the person should not be going from touching raw meat to cold fresh produce ingredients or to touching fresh bread. Thanks for the great lunch though and I hope the manager invests in their staffs training and happiness here.“
“My rating are based on the type of food and place. It's not fair to rate a food court against a fine dining restaurant. They can both be great for what they are. So for a sub shop, this place is great! The 2 cheesesteaks we got were flavorful, cooked well, and no gristle in the meat. The tomatoes were fresh, as was the sub roll. The manager was very friendly and suggested changes for us based on what he knew of his product. I'll be back.“
“Straight outta PHILLY and we really enjoyed our lunch!I had the mushroom steak Philly and my son, had the chicken Philly. Both were equally great!The fries with their special seasoning (which can be purchased) and the side of antipasto salad were delicious!“
“This review is absolutely unhinged but this sandwich is amazing and I’m just going for it. The truth is sometimes I just wake up in the morning and know that it’s a Capriotti’s day. Sometimes it’s my reward for doing hard things at work like ... talking on the phone or accepting feedback. On those days when literally everything sounds impossible to eat and food seems like a complete burden (prob from the quad shot latte but I digress...) this is always the answer. I don’t drink wine, but I feel like if they made signs for your wall with “Capriotti’s is the answer, what is the question?” Or “Anytime is a good time for Capriotti’s” I would finally have novelty wall art that matched my true guilty pleasure. I’ve personally locked in on the chipotle chicken and the chicken cheesesteak and one day soon will add a new obsession to the list... In conclusion, don’t be cute, get yourself the 10”. “We came here at the recommendation of the Chef’s Father. The food was delicious and both my husband and I cleared our plates. We will definitely be back (we had the truffle potatoes, the breakfast burger special and the fried chicken tacos and all were 5/5)“
