Stop offering delivery. You obviously can’t properly service and if you aren’t staffed to do it within reason you need to go to carry out only. My first mistake was tolerating a three hour delivery a couple months back. My bigger mistake was ordering today after I should have learned my lesson and while it was “only” 90 minutes, we didn’t get our pizza when it was delivered. I just hung up after trying to call and being on hold for 30 minutes now.
