I liked the vibe at Neuse River. It was very chill. I had a Chavela with a shot of tequila, and I enjoyed it. It was very refreshing. I also had the Duck Poutine, which was amazing even though it wasn’t really a real poutine. I topped it all off with the Creme Brulee. I would definitely visit again to chill, have some good food and good drinks!
Great food!! Reasonable prices and high quality. One of our regular spots for brunch. They revamped their kitchen few years back, lot of locally sourced stuff, rotating menu, the beers are solid and some creative cocktails in a laid back dining area and dog friendly outdoor patio.

I had not been there in several months and Jennifer (co-owner) saw me, came over and gave me a big hug. Also saw Robert (manager) - big hug from him. Hugs aside -- our food, drinks, and wait person (Jake) were fantastic!!! It's always a great experience. If you have not been there, give it a go - you won't regret it.
