Ordered a pizza. It was left on the ground by the delivery driver. Called the store up to tell them about it & received a nasty attitude & then offered me $20 store credit, after I said no, She hung up on me. Notifying corporate.
I recently reviewed this location for never delivering my pizza. A customer service representative reached out to me and was very apologetic which I appreciate. The representative then refunded my money and offered me a credit for a pizza both of which I appreciated. I thought I would give Pizza Hut another try today and have a pizza delivered.
