“Cozy classy feel. Nice place for a date night or special occasion. Great area for walking around in while you wait too.Everything was delicious: Caesar salad, truffle fries, wagyu, baked potato, meatball appetizer. Did not appreciate the bread appetizer has tree nuts in it but they have no tree nut warning. I brought this up to the waiter and was just told well it's artisan bread. The wagyu was absolutely tender and divine and definitely a must try if visiting for the first time.“

“I would like to share my family's experience at a restaurant we visited today. We're the Hall family and It was our first time there, and I have to say we were quite impressed! Our waiter, Mark, had a great sense of humor and was very polite. I also appreciated the manager, Ms. Amber, who introduced herself and was extremely sweet and professional. The atmosphere was just perfect - very positive and family-friendly. We had such a good time that we're already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!“

“This is one of the best fish restaurants I've been to.The fish is super fresh and tasty. The flounder had impeccable seasoning and was crispy. I should of order 3 more baskets. They make their own tartar sauce and i should of bought a botyle. Make sure you get there before 5pm because there will be a dinner rush.“

“It was our 35 Anniversary and My son and daughter in laws 2nd anniversary. I wanted to take them somewhere with a variety. My husband and I are new to NC. I researched so many places for hours, my husband loves fried catfish and hasn't had it in a couple of years. Big Daddy's was recommended. We were immediately greeted by several wonderful ladies. “We went after the renovations were completed and had great service. The food was on point, and so was the staff. The only complaint if I have to have one is I do miss the old decor.Kid-friendliness: I took all four of my kids (15, 10, 8, and 6) who can be picky eaters. They have chicken tenders, shrimp, and fish on their menu but they all immensely enjoyed it.“

“Excellent food, friendly service, family atmosphere. Worth the very short detour on a long distance drive north on 77. This is truly authentic cuisine, and place was full of locals. Flavors were great, we had ground beef dish, chicken dish and burrito. All served with tasty cabbage salad, rice and plantains. We shared some cheese pupusa also, yum. “I was alone and an older person...usually that means I get quick surface service. This evening the service was great. The food was wonderful and when I asked to take leftovers home they were neatly packaged and extra rolls were added. This is my second solo visit and I will go back! And they give a military discount which as a veteran I really appreciate!“

“Finally went to Lancaster’s to eat. I was really impressed with the decor and atmosphere. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess. Despite a sign about being short staffed, our service was fast and excellent. The hush puppies were hot and very tasty. My wife had the Cobb Salad. There was enough salad packed in the bowl, we could have shared it and both been full. I had the half rack ribs with Brunswick stew and the homemade curly chips. There were 8 bones in my half rack. Most places only serve 4 or 5 bones with the half rack. The ribs were very flavorful and delicious. The meat fell off the bone. The Brunswick stew was good, I am used to it being a little thicker. The homemade curly chips were some of the best I have ever had! The restrooms and entire restaurant were very clean. We will definitely be going back and recommend you give Lancaster’s BBQ a try, especially if you like seeing a lot of NASCAR memorabilia.“
