We decided on a whim to dine at PF Chang's after a long day at an event. We called for a reservation on our way, and the individual was very sweet and helpful. We were seated immediately upon arrival.Our server was very good, and he was very patient, as we had a tired, moody 3 year old. My husband and I had a great experience today.The customer service was excellent... friendly, polite, attentive. The food was delicious. The manager came by our table and thanked us for coming. We will definitely come back..

Excellent dinner today at PFChangs in Winston Salem NC. Wait staff was on point. Met the manager Mr. Ricky B and he was super nice. He runs a great restaurant and heads up a good team. Job well done
