“I overheard a gal talking and communicating she is blonde. She was talking to the cook (nick?) . I would say these two out of the 4 or 5 workers I seen working were freaking amazing. They deserve a reward for working hard in a world where service lacks.“
“This was a very good experience, thanks to the wait staff and the food was delicious. I didn't get the name of the fellow who cleared our table but he was very nice and told us he was studying horticulture and is very pleased to have an opportunity to work here. I certainly wish him well in his studies and we will be coming back some evening“
“Came here for my birthday and I can’t say enough good things. Our server was very friendly and let us take our time. She was very attentive and made sure our glasses were always full. The food was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. While it was pricey i would say well worth “
“I went here with a co-working friend before the change in ownership. Personally, I liked the aesthetic before the change. It is definitely 'nicer looking' now but ...Anyway, great food with kind, attentive staff to prepare and serve it. No reason not to enjoy the place.Dietary restrictions: My body doesn't like dairy products but SMALL quantities don't cause problems. I was able to get taz on the side“
“The wife and I happened upon Taste of Heaven on base, and we couldn't be happier with the food and service. The catfish was delicious and the Jamaican pulled pork was outstanding. Do yourselves a favor and find their truck and chow down!“
“The food was incredible. We had six people ranging from 11-65 and everyone thought their meal was great. We had appetizers, drinks, entrees and deserts and was pleasantly surprised by the total when the check came. We will be back again frequently.“
“Truly devastated that they’ve added fried shrimp to the menu. This has been my favorite restaurant for years, and I’d eat here often. Recently they added fried shrimp which had limited my choices, including some of my favorites. So unfortunately I don’t eat here as often anymore.HOWEVER, this is a fantastic restaurant and I can’t dock them points because of a problem that is my own. If you don’t have a shellfish allergy, enjoy the fried goodies for me. And if you do, then you can still enjoy the best meatball sub you’ll ever have. For now I’ll just keep secretly hoping that the shrimp isn’t a popular choice so they eventually take it off the menu.“
“Go here at least once a week. Great food. Great service. Great people. I've never had a bad experience here. This is definitely me and my wife's go to place to eat. It's easy to call in your order and pick up from the drive through too.“
“Went to Tupelo Honey for the first time and it was delicious!!Will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. We can't stop thinking about those biscuits !!Staff was super nice and friendly and the decor / ambiance was so calming and beautiful.“
“Love this bar! They were awesome with the new mask mandate and even though not everyone is happy about it, they kept everyone in compliance. Bar tender Tim was attentive and walked around making sure everyone was taken care of. Would recommend to anyone“
“Stopped here for a cocktail . Enjoyed the interactive cocktail menu and the relaxed atmosphere. Has a cool low key retro vibe. Ordered their old fashioned which was awesome, which arrived with a crystal clear chunk of ice from their Clinnebell ice machine and their Cubano sandwich. Generously served.....like my mom msde it for me. friendly service. They have cool seating choices being at the bar, at tables or sofas paired with chairs.“
“Had an excellent time at habitat restaurant. It was very empty when I arrived (I chose an earlier dinner time) but filled up a bit as we left.We had very dedicated service since the restaurant was empty.I appreciated the non alcoholic drink options though my only complaint was every drink had lime juice. The server told me she could swap it out for something else after I had ordered two and mentioned it to her. So it seems like the drinks are suggestions that you can modify. They use agave straws which help the environment since they aren't plastic, but don't dissolve on you like the paper ones can.The crispy Brussel sprouts were delicious. I'd still like it a bit crisper but the portion size was very large, enough to serve 4 people. I would recommend the addition of the onions and bacon. The black garlic parpadelle came with shrimp though it doesn't say it on the menu. I was full from Brussel sprouts and my two drinks (I don't eat that much)The salmon was perfectly cooked. The steak was more of a 4 star item. It didn't stand out as much but was still fine. The only issue that we all agreed on was some of the dishes can be very heavy handed with salt.Parking is available on the street. There is a parking garage across the way and the server told me you can park for free on the first floor since they are working on something. It is not validated parking. For more details and to make sure it's still available I would call the restaurant to confirm this.“
“We were on this side of town, and Papa Chuck's came up as a restaurant nearby. I figured we'd give it a shot! Honestly? No regrets!! Portion size for the price is seriously amazing, we ate off the app sampler and still had enough left to look like what most other restaurants give in the first place..for our leftovers! Pork tenderloin dinner was tasty, plenty of gravy. LOVE their fried green beans and cheese curds! And last but definitely not least, the wings! Oh my goodness, the spicy honey bone-in wings were SOOOOO good! They've definitely got a kick, and 100% worth it. Papa Chuck was there, very kind man, even came up to shake my hand and thank me for coming to his establishment. Nothing disappointed, and I'd definitely eat it again. ?“
