“This is my favorite Dunkin's ever. Everyone is always so personable and friendly, and often they'll even write you cute notes on your cup if you're a regular. BUT, the last few days I've been, there have only been one or two people working and they seem STRESSED. I really hope management is doing everything they can to help their employees and are not leaving them out to run like crazy without any reward. This is how good employees get burnt out.“

“Been meaning to check this place out for a year or so. So hard to get really good Donuts here in NH. I live in Littleton. Well stopped at 5:45 am on my way back from Manchester airport. Yes, This is the real deal! Some of the Best yeast raised Donuts. Dunkin only wishes it could make Donuts this Good. I grabbed an assortment and have yet to taste one that I didn't love. “This Dunkin Dunkin Donuts is in a Really Convient Location in Laconia, NH.I just Wish it was Open Later. Or was a 24/7 one.My Go To Order is a Large Iced Water, a Medium French Vanailla or Medium Hazelnut Iced Coffee with Extra Cream and 2 Sugars, and a Diet Coke and or a Coca Cola, and Sometimes Breakfest Food to go with it.“

“Hard to believe that certain stores in chains are better than others, but this one always has been. Sometimes if I get coffee at other Dunks in the area, the coffees are sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, sometimes watered down, etc. Here I consistently get the same thing, though of course it's not designer coffee it is at least what I want, every time. Now if only they could fix the giant hole in front of their drive thru window that threatens to swallow up my poor little car or shear off a wheel.....“

“Staff here has always been very friendly. They are usually pretty fast and get you your order quickly. They have restrooms and it is definitely handicap friendly. They close earlier than most dunks but for me it's not an issue because I always go early.“

“They try very hard everyday where basically it seems like no matter what this store does they could not keep up w/the fast paced demand that goes in and out of this store. I honestly could not do better myself so I feel I have no right to complain. The store is very small in space so hiring more ppl would not resolve the problem, there is barley enough space for those who already work there maneuver via the store! Working in a store like that is extremely difficult in my humble opinion!“

“This Dunkin Donuts charges $2 less for a large iced almond milk latte than the Dunkin off exit 12 of I-93 in Concord ($3.37 with tax vs. $5.33 in Concord!), and their food seems fresher and their drinks taste way better! The help is friendlier too. I'm sure all of their other prices are cheaper too with a price difference that high. I'll go out of my way to go to this Tilton location from now on.“
