Just outstanding bread and pastries. I grew up in England and visited France several times a year to see my grandparents. I live for bread and butter and flaky pastries. It is so hard to find baked goods that rival those you can get in Europe, Fire Dog is right up there. Some of the best local bread in Keene. When I ate bread regularly, it was the one I typically purchased from their storefront or the Monadnock Co-op. But every once in a while, I have a hankering for some sourdough, so I purchase a half loaf at their store, which will last me several days.
