Ice cold ketchup on an undercooked bagel ? A bagel should be warm at all times. Also , Ketchup made the bagel soggy. Other than that the bagel recipe is excellent but preparation is awful
This place is fabulous! When I go in the early morning hours and buy bulk for a classroom, the people are always phenomenal! The store is clean and the staff are all outstanding. The energy is always positive and friendly. The owners and staff are all so kind and they do everything to accommodate you. Once you leave the business, you will be in a good mood for the rest of the day. Thanks for the old fashioned, respectful and personable customer service always!

First and likely last time here given several better and less expensive bagel shops in the area. There were only 2 others here eating when we arrived. Our order was taken quickly and pleasantly, but the good ended there. The bagels were the smallest I have come across. Nearly as small as "flagels" that you can find at some other places. It was nearly 15 minutes before pur food was ready. There was only a small portion of egg and barely any of the paper-thin bacon on our bagel...read full review
