“We were a party of 3 for Easter dinner, our first time here. It was packed but the friendly and competent staff was able to accommodate a table change for us to a booth which was much appreciated. Our sewer was friendly and informative. The menu has wonderful options. The tuna tartare appointment was big enough for all of us to enjoy without filling up too much so we could enjoy our perfectly cooked lamb loin and scallop entrees. Desserts were sweet and delicious and the presentation was brilliant. I will steal the idea for my next dinner party!“
“I have to say I really enjoy The Thirsty Turtle. Although it's a sports bar and you think it might just be cool to watch a game, the food and staff are excellent and professional. We went the other night and met friends for dinner and it was a fantastic experience! The waiter, (I don't remember his name), but he memorized our order and everything came out perfect! We had appetizers, burgers, beer & drinks, and enjoyed everything we ate and drank. I also have to call out Manny who went above and beyond in helping me. He is smart and knows how to treat customers. Any establishment should be lucky to have him!“
“My girls and I came here tonight to celebrate one of our friends birthday..and I cannot thank AMIR enough!!! He was soo accommodating, professional..but beyond that his personality and vibe are a 10/10! Genuinely made our experience and night! If you want amazinggg service and a fun personally ask for him! “New contemporary restaurant with great menu. I stopped in for lunch and had a really good chicken sandwich. Chicken cutlet was fresh, juicy and crispy on a toasted pita with crispy prosciutto , lettuce and tomato and mozzarella. French fries were also fresh and crispy. Also tried an eggplant on focaccia with roasted red peppers and was also very delicious. Everything on the menu sounds good and I might have to go back for the hanger steak. Lots of seating , big bar , lots of TVs. I was there on a Saturday and they only had one waitress waiting on like 4 tables and 6 people at the bar which was fine because we weren’t in a hurry but I could see it getting crazy.“
“We eat here regularly. Always get seated promptly. Friendly host and servers. The food is fresh and hot. Traditional Irish fare and American standards. I do not drink, but friends say the beer selection is fine. I definitely recommend this restaurant.Parking: Street parking on Denville Bloomfield Avenue is sometimes challenging. If you park on Main Street, behind the restaurant, use the rear entrance.“
“The Smoke Rise inn is the neighborhood's best kept secret This charming building has as much history as it does ambiance It is believed to be a private establishment due to it being behind the Smoke rise community gates but it is open to the public When you walk into the bar area you can't help feeling like you are walking into the tv show cheers Everyone does know your name or will by the time you leave The staff and the usual patrons are extremely friendly and love meeting new folks The bar room is charming with stone and wood walls and a cozy fireplace on the upper seating area There is dining in the gazebo room which is equally as lovely and a bit quieter The food is delicious and the drinks are quite generous The Inn can also accommodate weddings in their ballroom or private parties So if you haven't checked out this fabulous eatery come drop in but make sure you make a reservation on the weekend“
“The food here is sooo delicious!! Tried it tonight with my husband and we highly recommend it. The sandwich bread is perfect (usually my husband is super picky about that) and they’re super generous with the portions. We got the Oreo milkshake too and omg it was so yummy. Try it!! 10/10. “This is a decent spot. We dined here with another couple on a busy Saturday night. It's a small space but well designed with mostly attentive service. For me, the standouts were the appetizers. We shared the chicken lollipops and pork belly. The chicken was so crispy and flavorful! We tried the arctic char and short ribs as entrees. Both were good but I wouldn't say exceptional or standout. I did thoroughly enjoy the grits that came with the short ribs. We also all split the earl grey tea tiramisu. It sounded interesting and innovative but missed the spot for us! It really did not feel like a tiramisu. I think I would have been more into it if it was called something else! It was tasty but unexpected given the name.“
“We catered our son's first birthday party with American BBQ and we received SO many compliments about how delicious the food was! The delivery/setup was prompt and super quick! I had numerous email exchanges with Roberta going back and forth with ideas and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!!“
“Overall our brunch was very good with a couple of minor issues. The banquettes need cleaning, the juices in the cocktails weren't shaken thus making the drinks watery and not full flavored. I sent mine back and the waiter brought me another quickly. The food was good. We will come back for dinner in the future.“

“We had a wonderful dining experience. It can be hard to dine with two babies and yet the staff made us very welcome and gave us a comfortable seat in a huge booth. The service was excellent-- our server, Megan, went out of her way to make everything perfect. We tried the pizza and some sushi rolls: everything was delicious and we highly recommend both! Also recommend the red sangria...its just the right combination of sweetness and alcohol!“

“We dined last night. We have been dining at ilvilagio for 20+years while we do like the men who usually serve us they can be slow and easily distracted talking with customers they know. We had a young lady last night who was so pleasant and absolutely adorable, she made food recommendations that were spot on and knew the menu items well enough to tell us the ingredients. She did everything herself from taking the order to serving the food and clearing the table. I'm impressed. She was so cute and funny that she made our night exceptional. I didn't get her name but she was the only girl there. Thanks for making our night special.“
“Brick 46 has been a go to spot for my family since moving to the area 2 years ago and the food never disappoints. That in mind we decided to host our 3 year olds birthday party here. Everything was executed perfectly. Our hostess, so sorry I don't recall her name, was awesome and made everyone feel at home. Lou, the owner, made everything easy during the booking process and my wife and I could not been happier with the outcome of the day. A huge thank you to Lou and the entire Brick 46 family!!!“
“Let me start off by saying I grew up in Philadelphia and ate cheesesteaks regularly ever since I was quite young. I know these folks here are known for their “best of NJ” Taylor Ham ;not pork roll ( almost forgot where I was) and cheese. I’ve had it here before and I do believe it is incredible and stands up to the claims. However… the cheesesteak they make here may not be getting enough love. You should consider it and understand that it could put up a fight with some of the best in Philly. 10/10. Would order again, and again … and again. Also, the guys here are great to chat with.“
