Les and Marty and team are experienced professionals and very service-oriented. Everything was smooth and beautiful and very well organized and the food was fabulous. We felt in great hands with them and recommend them without reservation.“

“This is probably the only boneless Korean Fried Chicken you can get in this area so there isn't much you can complain about. Its the perfect food to pack for take-out when you want Korean Friend Chicken for a picnic lunch or an outdoor adventure. I love how they bedazzle their chicken with some rice cakes and sesame seeds. The chicken could definitely use more sauce but its not so terrible as is.“

“Placed a large catering order for our church on Easter Sunday. Was easy to place the order and it was delivered right on time and looked great. Timing was tricky because I needed it ready early but they worked out a solution and everything was perfect!“

“I recently attended my neice's Shabbas Shevah Brachos and Heimish was the caterer for the all the meals.All the food served was fresh and delicious with a homemade feel. The chicken soup served Friday night was absolutely superb and above expectations when being served from a commercial kitchen! It was hearty and hot along with the matzah balls and noodles!For all three meals (Friday night, Shabbas lunch and Shalesh Suedes) the courses were plated nicely.We have a number of family members that required strict gluten free options which was met absolutely beyond expectations! Everything was clearly labeled and kept clean away from any cross contamination and indeed no one walked away with any reactions!I absolutely reccomend Heimish for any and all types of simchas for your catering needs!“

“I’m coming here for its handmade tofu but honestly that was the most disappointing dish we ordered. The tofu was very dense and firm, can’t really tell the difference between the three flavors. The other dishes are surprisingly good, especially love the bossam!“

“I am so in love with Ikon Caterers. First off, this food will bring you pure ecstasy. It is amazing, its one of a kind in the bronx. I love the rasta pasta, oxtail and oxtail fried rice, absolutelydelicious. The jerk lamb chops with the truffle mash potatoes will have you obsessed. Homemade pesto mayo, thick fresh whole wheat bread, veggies galore with fresh slices of tomato, mushroom, peppers, cucumber, zuchini...and a pickle. Plus chunky cantalope and pineapple on the side. Aside from being a beautiful, local venue, the food and attention to detail were excellent. My husband and I had our reception at the Westchester Manor on November 11th, 2023 and it exceeded our expectations in every way! “Me and my daughter went to riverdale, we tried the chicken tikki massalla, pani puri, rosemary naan and samossas. It was the best Indian food we’ve ever tried, the chicken was moist and so was the rich. The best drink I recommend is the mango chutney, 10/10.“

I spoke to many caterers but then I would have to coordinate balloons/decorations with another vendor...and then I spoke with 8th Day Caterers. It was just an email exchange. I was sent the menu, I ordered online and then I just showed up. Food was yummy, table looked adorable, everyone was happy and fed.“

The smoked BBQ here is top-notch, with smoky ribs, pulled pork, and mouthwatering brisket. The prices are affordable, and the staff is friendly. Definitely need to return to try their chicken and burgers. Mickey's Oasis is a must-visit for delicious BBQ in a outdoor setting.“

“The price is good! But this is definitely a Latin restaurant. They advertise Italian food on the menu but its actually completely different once you get it..it tastes fine but just be aware that any non-Latin food you order probably is still Latin lol. I ordered penne vodka and I got some kind of spicy sauce. Apparently, this is their 'version' of it. Pricing is fair for slightly large portions. A large 'penne vodka' was $11.“

“Authentic Korean Food. Very good for the price. Their crispy fish lunch box is probably their best item in my opinion and it is just sooo good. The owners are super nice whenever me or my mom come in and I just love the feel of the place. You cannot sit in but when you walk in its a very homey feel. Definitely stop by.“
