“We decided to try something new for dinner, we didn't have a reservation which is recommended on a Friday but they were nice enough to accommodate us. The restaurant was lively, friendly and the service was great they were attentive. I've never had Lebanese food but the server explained the tasting menu. Everything was fresh and good, if you like Mediterranean food I'm certain this place is for you. It was a good gastronomic experience. If you are in Collingwood it's a must try.“

“Stopped in here on a Friday early evening for dinner. You order at the counter and then they call you when your order is ready. I thought the prices were very good for the portions you got. I enjoyed a hummus bowl that had veggies in it and falafel. I got a meal so i picked a salad and a bottle of water to go with it. There was so much food! My boyfriend liked his dinner as well! The restaurant looked fairly new. Nicely decorated and clean. I will be back for another hummus bowl!“

From planning the catering order, to delivering to the hotel, working with Norma's was quick, easy and wonderful. When I wasn't sure what to order, Elias hand-made a catering order for our team, knowing the athletes would need a lot of food and ensured no one would go hungry. The food was absolutely delicious, everything from the vegetarian, gluten free, and the meat options! We will forever order from Norma's when we are back in town.“

When I walked In, the ambience was very beautiful, quiet & a pleasant smell was in the air. I was greeted by the hostess & was sat immediately. My waitress was a young man name “Kalid” (i sincerely apologize If I spelled it wrong). I stated to him this was my first time there & he gave me suggestions, helped me pick out my appetizer and entree. For my appetizer, I ordered the ground beef flatbread, very good. For my entree I ordered the lamb kebab and the side of mash potatoes. The presentation of the meal was beautiful! Very colorful & the lamb chops were tender. Unfortunately, there was a string of hair in my mash potatoes. I kindly pulled one of the waitress to the side & requested to just pay for my flatbread & drink. They did offer to make me a new meal but I kindly declined. The young man Kalid & was very apologetic & kind! He offered me a new meal, desert, and was trying to do everything he could to make my experience better for me *being this was my first time*. Off his sympathy alone & the atmosphere of the place, I will come back. I do believe things happen & that’s ok. He was one of the best servers I’ve ever had & actually cared about my feelings in that situation. I’ll be back just for him! Please double check food (kitchen/customer). Thanks again!“

Had the cream of broccoli soup (soup of the day) probably the best cream of broccoli I've had. Girlfriend got the salmon over orzo-Oh Em Gee fab. “The food is real authentic Egyptian exactly like what you would eat in Egypt. We tried Mahshi, Kushari, grilled chicken, Hawawshi, Pot Kebab, and Shawirma.It is easily the best Shawerma we have eaten in Philly so far. Mahshi is like no other place, real and authentic. Kushari is real and authentic. Pot Kebab is amazing if you like strong flavored lamb meat. Juice is fresh and refreshing. I was able to get unlimited portions ?what I liked the most was that Wilfredo wasnt stingy with each one ,like other places a.k.a chipotle ?-- ( I didn't have to ask him for a scoop of anything !The falafel was delicious! We got the mixed kebab grill since we were 6 people and it was filled with tons of meat (chicken, beef, fish, shrimp), lots of vegetables, fries, and pita bread. Everything tasted really good, was just missing some rice on the side which you would have to order separate. Would definitely come back again!“

“As I'm sure many have mentioned, this place is very aesthetic and the atmosphere is nice, including the music. It would surprise you how many places just play any music now - classic steak houses playing mumble rap. Anyway, we got the chicken fricassee, the Shaffle Waffle, a flavored tea, and the Mirage(dessert) and Medovik(dessert). The tea set was very cute, with a tea light warmer underneath, but I wasn't a fan of the tea - my boyfriend ordered some sort of lemongrass tea. The chicken part of the fricassee itself was great, but the rice was dry, almost like it was reheated from the previous day. A slice of bread to wipe up the remainder of the yummy sauce would've been nice. The waffle was also dry - like they made a big batch and just reheated to serve - which is fine when done correctly but in this instance was tough and chewy - maybe cover it so it remains moist? The desserts were okay, nothing memorable but decent. Portion sizes were on the small side but we were still full by the time the meal was done. I wouldn't mind coming here again with my girls for the experience but it won't be my main spot. The vision is there, it just needs some tweaking.Edit:I changed this from 3 to 4 stars because looking back at other reviews, they handle the negatives with grace and do seem to make efforts to rectify things people have had issues with. One person mentioned that they weren't very attentive, but today they were so it seems to me that they do put the effort in to review themselves and make changes.“

Selection of Beers, wines etc. Party of four, we had Super Bock beer, from Portugal, which is a lager. Appetizers- Flaming sausage- a nice presentation & Shrimp pockets. Main course- stuffed salmon, baked salmon & 2 orders of Seafood Paella which is quite the dish of rice, peas, shrimp,clams, mussel, lobster, crab, scallops . Desserts also quite good. Recommended for something different, especially if you like seafood.“
