“Food and service were outstanding. All 3 dishes the branzino, lemon chicken, and veal shank. We also ordered the muscles and octopus Greek style. The restaurant is clean w nice decor. A bit on the more expensive side but definitely worth the price. We had a great time and our waiter was both friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. Check out their drink menu the lavender lemon drop was creative as well as a great cocktail. Opa is consistently busy so definitely reserve thru Open Table in advance. “I can not give enough stars to rate our experince today. 1st of all t Joseph the owner allowed our group of 11 to come in 1 hour before opening hours. We placed our appetizers and meals the night before. ( Interesting idea) Then today when we had arrived they had us set up on the 2nd floor. Very private. Jenn and the other servers did an AMAZING job of catering to our needs as they gave us PHENOMENAL service. The appetizers went over just as expected . There was nothing left of them as the entrees were ready to be delivered to the tables. The food was AWESOME. Perfectly seasoned and the meats were very tender and delicious. Deserts were scrumptious to say the least. They have their own bakery !!!! I will tell you now if you dont give this place a chance to amaze you , well you wont be able to blame me. On a side note, the owner Joseph even came up to chat with us. What a wonderful gentleman. We had friends fro. Egypt & Armania who complimented the Chef.“
“Picked up a meal for my mother and myself. Absolutely delicious! So fresh and had a great experience talking to the owner. This is a family business. The sons are in school and the father works there most of the time by himself. They should be so proud! Got the chicken and beef pitas, the Greek salad and the falafel platter. “Stumbled upon this place while walking in the area and it was the best thing to happen to me that afternoon. I LOVE Italian food especially coming from New York I felt like moving to this area i don’t get a lot of real Italian food and when i tell you every time im in the area i will only come here! “You can get a lot of food here for a good price, especially impressed by the burrito size and integrity. I also appreciate the simplicity of ordering something by simply picking the protein and form you want it to come in. I do wish they had more vegan protein options like tofu or seitan or vegan cheeses and spread alternatives rather than just removing dairy containing ingredients.“

“Really good really fresh fast casual Greek spot! Right across from the Brandywine shopping center. Set up where you can make your own bowl/salad/ pita and all the mix ins I got were really fresh! I had the lemon chicken in a pita and the creamy garlic sauce was really delish! My mom got the falafel as a bowl with the lemon rice and also enjoyed it. Service was good, friendly, and fast. The addition of a very good piano player was also very nice!There were 9 of us and our server Martin was great and attentive and helpful with ordering! We all liked our meals very much! The roasted artichokes app and the Brussels were phenomenal! I had the salmon piccata which was cooked perfectly. I also tasted the shrimp and beans- so good!!!Highly recommend this place. “Overall the restaurant is good. The food is tasty too. The reason for the lower star is due to lack of vegetarian options, if you can call it an option. Between three of us vegetarian dining at the place, we could only get 2 options for which 1 they were able to make it vegetarian. Similar to Chipotle as far how you can order and select what you want but the food quality is so much better. This place was quite fast and accurate with our orders. The tables were clean and nice. “So excellent! I came here unexpectedly for lunch today, because the place that I wanted to go to was open later. My husband search where we were standing for the closest excellent lunch restaurant, and it was nearby. We looked at the menu posted outside, and the soup and beef shawarma wrap looked good to both of us. The young woman behind the counter was very welcoming to us. She explained how the restaurant ordering worked- order at the counter and she brings the food to our table. Canned beverages were by the counter. They had a great selection. The day was warm, and we sat outside. I had excellent butternut squash soup. I tried my husband's sweet potato and corn soup. This was the best soup that I had in recent memory. For my main meal, I ate the entire large beef shawarma. It contained a lot of beef and was in a tasty sauce. I would not change anything about it. I met the very friendly owner from Lebanon. Between the food, and the friendly people at this restaurant, this is the place to go downtown for lunch!“
