“I came here for lunch with my swim team and everything was amazing. The atmosphere, the service, the company, and the food. It’s like a Chinese style Chipotle, where you can customize your own bowl or try a signature dish. The staff was super friendly and the artwork on the wall was eye catching. Would recommend coming here! The only thing is it’s a little pricey and if you want to add meat or seafood to your bowl it costs a few cents extra.”

“Update to my review below. I would like to commend the restaurant for replying to me quickly and handling my issue and a very nice and professional manner. It was either the owner or restaurant manager that reached out to me and immediately offered solution to the tips situation that I described below. I’m very thankful That they reached out and resolved the issue.

Not what it used to be. I’ve been going to Aumm Aumm since they opened the first location in Gutenberg and I have always said the englewood location is just not the same. I have been here a few times and while it’s a very pretty place, the food is just inever as good as Guttenburg and even Guttenberg has been hit or miss over the years. I went last night with my family, not only was the service awful, they already included the tip for a party of five. Our very rude waiter, never even bothered to tell us that the tip was included. My husband paid the check. I only asked him the total and thought the amount seemed kind of high for what we ate. when I looked at the check when I got home, I realized the tip had already been included. So the very rude waiter thinks he is deserving of a 40% tip Never bothering to tell us it was included and he walked away with 84.00 tip on a 200.00 check? In general, the food was not great and definitely not as good as it used to be. It’s such a shame because this truly was one of the more authentic Italian places .”

“They have a cool 5 for $50 deal on entrees which are a little smaller then a normal combo. My only problem was once when I ordered and ended up paying for 5 entrees . It could have been my fault I do not know.”

I go often and a few of the regular staff knows my order and how to make it up the way I like it (it’s a little special ♥️) It’s busy but never too busy bc they are very efficient. Always clean.”

“My sister and I got 2 bingsoos (black sesame and rice cake), a sweet potato latte, and a pistachio dacquoise. They were all very delicious and unique.
The sweet potato latte has a strong sweet potato taste, which satisfies the soul and the dacquoise was very soft and chewy. The bingsoos was also very unique. It kind of had a dry(?) flake to it, but I liked the texture of it. I do wish there was more red bean in it, but it still hit the spot.
Would love to come back and try more of their pastries.”

The last time we came the service was not great, Damien completely changed how we feel about Kpot Englewood. He was very attentive, changed the grill every time it even appeared dirty, refilled waters regularly and checked on us numerous times. He had lots of tables but made us feel like we were the only ones he was taking care of! Food was great!”

One thing I felt was that the chicken wings were a little small, but they tasted so good that I didn't care. They give me extra wing. I feel grateful for their service. “My hubby and I popped in yesterday, and I am so glad we did. We bought a half-dozen cupcakes, and had fun picking out the flavors. (The options will make your mouth water!). He chose a few cookie dough cupcakes, while I got brownie, chocolate-covered strawberry, and vanilla with chocolate frosting cupcakes. I've only tasted the chocolate-covered strawberry one so far, and it was delicious. He didn't regret picking up multiple cookie dough cupcakes. We're looking forward to finishing our selections. Check this place out and get yourself a treat!”

“I ordered bone-in fried chicken and boneless seasoned chicken, and both were delicious!
The fried food is crispy and the seasoned chicken is not too spicy, making it good for children to eat~~~

I ordered at the kiosk in front, waited 20 minutes, and picked it up right away.
There is delicious Korean chicken close to my house, so I think I can eat it more often^^

The food was out of this world, very authentic, you can tell it’s family owned, family recipe which tells me it’s all made with love.I walked in and was greeted by all of the staff. I already knew I wanted from the hot buffet, but I’m terrible with ordering food in any kind of authentic restaurants because I can’t say anything Spanish. I also was ordering in a confusing way because I just didn’t know how else to say what I wanted but the woman who helped me was fantastic! She was beyond patient with me and laughing and made me feel comfortable and not like the biggest pain in the butt. I did decide to pull out and use google translate because I knew it was me making things sound more complicated. She laughed, and that cleared up everything, and she even used it back to make me feel less silly which was the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. I actually walked out with the biggest smile on my face because of that woman, she made my day.I’ve worked in the food business for over 20 years and in management and I have to say, you don’t find service like that anywhere anymore. If that was anywhere else I would’ve gotten a lot of attitude and frustration. I was so pleased and enjoyed my first experience so much that I can’t wait to go back.Even though it’s almost an hour from me, it’s totally worth the trip. Aside from the amazing service and friendly staff, the place was very clean, the food was out of this world, the portions were huge. I got for 2 people and after I got home it wound up feeding 3 people. I give them 10 ⭐️’s because 5 just isn’t enough.”
