“We use the T-Mobile Tuesday app to get our free burritos here a couple of weeks ago. We had some real problems trying to get the T-Mobile deal to go through to our membership.But that was not an issue that was to be blamed on the store. In fact the gentleman that helped us was way more than patient. I even apologize for taking so much time but he made me feel very welcome by letting me know it was not an inconvenience for him and that he was there to work.Food was excellent as well and we really enjoyed it. “Came to this place not knowing what to expect but saw lots of great reviews and I can absolutely say it lived up to its ratings. Me and the fam got to try the tenders(hugee), ribs, rotisserie chicken, burgers, general tsos and chopped cheese sandwich and OH MY was it DELICIOUS. The people here were also very friendly and accommodating, they also had good music playing in the background. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone in or out of town. “I’m addicted! The menu is simple, the food is flavorful and well presented. Service is wonderful and great value. Casual setting with beach-y/food truck vibes vs a restaurant-proper. I suspect that this place would have a lot more foot traffic if it were in town near Bloomfield Ave or Watchung, but I’m happy to have it so nearby in Upper Montclair, and I hope they are a long-standing fixture here (have seen a few places coke and go in this spot). The food here stands out miles ahead of a couple of nearby Mexican options, albeit smaller menu.“

The tacos are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are truly authentic. We tried the fried pork, beef birria and chicken birria tacos and churros they were excellent. “This is the best Mexican food I've had in Jersey!! It's family owned and the family is incredibly friendly. The food is authentic, it tastes like it was served straight out of abuela's kitchen. “I always order burritos from here, also love their chips and guac (just wish there was a smaller size for chips cause I never finish them). They always do a great job preparing the food. “A fun place to visit with friends or a date night. They decorated the place for Valentine's Day and even folded the napkins into hearts. The first time I came was for the drinks so we just sat at the bar and ordered chips and guac. It was really good so we came back months later to try their actual food. The steak on the stone was cool because you got to cook it exactly to your liking. The plantains were good. I wasn't a huge fan of the green salsa, as it was bland. I would have just stuck to the original. For the dessert we tried the churros, dulce de leches and the brownie and ice cream. The brownie is a very very small portion but it is also rich and decadant. I would probably recommend putting it on a smaller plate presentation wise. I think I liked the churros the best which had two dipping sauces. Drinks were fun and delicious too.“

We arrived at around noon and may have been the first people to show up for the day. Given how quiet the restaurant was, we didn't want to get our hopes up but BOY did this place deliver. As soon as we took our first bite of the complementary (and addicting) warm black bean dip with fresh, salty tortillas we knew we were in for a treat! I ordered the burrito which was loaded with the most flavorful and perfectly cooked chicken. My fiancee ordered tacos (4 per order) - 2 fish and 2 barbacoa. The tacos and salsas were super fresh and tasty. I love that they didn't try to overcomplicate anything - just extremely delicious food without the need for gastronomics and extra flair. Even though this is about a 25 minute drive from us, I definitely think we'll be making another trip back!“

“I went to the Midland Park location. Mary and the other staff greeted my son , my mom and myself as we opened the door. The food was hot, fresh delicious . Every time we come it is always consistent. Mary was so friendly , accommodating, patient helping us place the order and helping me download the app. We will definitely be back. Great atmosphere to sit back and relax with my family. I even went back to the counter to buy more to go for my husband . My favorite is the pork rice bowl with all the toppings. “I would pass this place on my way to work and I was very interested to see what they have to offer. First thing was the atmosphere, it's cozy intimate and feels like home. Walking in there the music wasn't loud, everyone in there looked like they were having a blast. The servers were attentive and so sweet. I've never been in a place in NJ where the servers are kind, very welcoming and you can tell every staffer gets along. Growing up in the US and having the authenticity of Mexican food, they did phenomenal. I'm mexican and the food were top notched. I just loved everything this place has to offer. Everyone at the table loved their food - we ordered fish tacos, chicken fajitas nachos to share with everyone and our friends ordered the veg quesadillas and grilled veg Mexican bowl(it comes in a plate?).
