“New patron...I've had breakfast at Wendy's and burgers. I usually avoid fries but decided to try both with each meal. No regrets. I am picky with my coffee so it was a pleasing surprise. Decaf can be very bitter...not here. I was amazed at the personalized decor of Love and Kindness and acknowledging our Police. The program that was on the TV screen was for the children and the kids that were there were loving it. Instead of the depressing and stressful news that is on every TV screen in doctor's office and restaurants!Thank you to the individuals at Wendy's who find that this is the best way to communicate to its community.“
“A very pleasant experience, not only with the quality of the food but also with the service of Jhonatan who brought us a very entertaining board game which allowed us to enjoy our dinner more 10/10Pdt: Less reggaeton, more rock and ballads lol“
“An absolute gem added to downtown Berkeley Heights. Everything from start to finish was top notch. Rolls and garlic herb olive oil were tasty. Meatballs and coconut shrimp were excellent starters. Branzino was fresh and the red pepper sauce complimented the fish well. Braised short rib & vincotto chicken were very well constructed dishes. Pistachio tiramisu (homemade) capped off an awesome dinner.Service was on point throughout, very professional with smiling faces. We will be back without a doubt. BYOB and easy parking.“
“Best place to eat in Elizabeth, NJ, traveling from Atlanta, GA and I can attest that is one of the best Colombian places that I have ate.At D'Medallo Restaurant, the food was exceptional, with flavorful dishes that delighted my tastebuds. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff members (Juliana) who made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a combination of great food and excellent service.“
“Friendly and hospitable service. Food came in a decent time for the size of the order and they have great vegan/vegetarian options. I got the veggies egg white omlette and it was delicious and my mother, who's a stickler about fish, loved their fried fish and fries.“
“the cheddar burger itself is a bit stale, barely tasted the cheese too :( I don’t think there was seasoning in the meat which sucks because the fries are really good especially the curly fries! Would have given 5 stars if the burger was better. Its on the smaller side for portions but i think its worth a try still maybe i got unlucky with the burger“
“The crispy chicken burger was a highlight, boasting a satisfying crunch and flavorful chicken patty. The loaded fries and masala fries were tasty sides, though the portion sizes could be more generous. The coleslaw was fresh and provided a refreshing contrast to the rich flavors of the main dishes.“
“We came in today for a special treat and boy, did we get one! We had the pleasure of sitting in Tati’s section this morning. Our food arrived timely and well-prepared. We were given hot water for our silverware immediately. As always, the catfish from off the soul food menu was hittin. Tati was super attentive to our needs. Great service and food.“
“Nugents!! Modern day Cheers!! Where everybody knows your name! Tony! GINA! Kayla! Shelly! Eric! These are thee Absolute best Bar Stars in Elizabeth!!! Service is impeccable always, top tier.. they remember faces and matches it your Order!! Super friendly and this bar becomes sorta like a lil bar family“
“Portions were big, which made me fill up a lot! Crust was a mixture of soft and crunchy, which just added to the delight. This has to be one of my personal favorites in Metuchen.Wheelchair accessibility: Able to access because in the plaza there are no elevations“
“Best burgers we have ever had!!! The love that they put into making them really comes out in every bite! Loved the “sidekick” selection that let me try different burgers, each delicious in their own specific way! Great time opening packs and catching a scrumptious bite! The service was also incredible! Felt at home, great place!PS the secret sauce will leave you wanting more!“
“Recommended to us, which we are glad for - as we would have never walked in on our own. Visited for a late lunch. The entire menu is dynamic and unique. The portion sizes are small by NY standards but were how we really should eat - reminiscent of how it is in Italy. The 17yr old waitress we had was extremely professional, attentive & overall very pleasant. The thing I would comment on is the ambiance (think ice cream shop (way too bright) lighting and diner type furnishings) does not match the high quality of their food.We had one glass of wine, a soda, beef carpaccio appetizer, truffle gnocchi & osso bucco, one dessert & a cup of tea. $160 after tip.Would return to try other entrees for the delicious food & great service. Just not as a romantic dinner or celebration, solely because of the lighting & decor.“
“Food is by far the best I’ve had in the area, you get complex flavors, fresh foods, amazing clash of textures, good portions all for a quite cheap price compared to all the big restaurant chains that charge more for worse, Food arrives quick and hot and service is great. No complain. Still skeptical? Just come here and buy something for yourself, a small expense for a meal worthy of critical acclaim.“
“It is a small Pakistani restaurant. the first thing that you will notice is- it's cute decor and great photo frames on the wall (btw you can buy it)...I can keep it in a 'cute cafe in a cute downtown' category. A neighborhood like this reminds me of Frenchtown (near to PA-NJ border)you have many options to choose from (great, isn't it)I ordered* 'Andey [Egg] wala Burger' with their classic Chai* Burger - very soft bun, lots of sauces and egg. What I liked most was -its chai. it could be one of my best chai and believe me, I am Indian and I have tasted some great chai in my countryanother restaurant to boost about...!Chatham town looks beautiful and I marked more restaurants with this, and I am gonna come back for sure!Parking: did not find parking on Main St, so took a right turn and found the parking near Chatham Playhouse.“
“I recently dined at this restaurant and had a delightful experience. The fried calamari and flatbread appetizers were delicious, setting a high standard for the rest of the meal. For the entree, I opted for the lamb chops, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The food quality was excellent, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. Apart from the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. The ambiance was inviting, and the cleanliness of the place added to the overall pleasant dining experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall positive vibe of the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The combination of delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service makes it a standout choice.“
“Amazing atmosphere, amazing food, what else is there to ask for ! employees are well put, respectful and provide the perfect level of customer service. Jordy and Fernando provided a1 customer service on my visit. would come again. heavily recommend!!“
“Went to the Linwood while visiting family from out of state on a Friday night. I grew up in Linden so I was excited to see how the place has "grown up". Nicer bar, cleaner and comfortable sitting areas than my youth and MUCH better food. Service was excellent and food came out quickly. It was a descent portion and very tasty. My only complaint was the cost but that cannot be helped since the cost of everything has risen. However, $18 for a chicken sandwich seems a bit high.“
“I'm a wing type of gal!! There's nothing spectacular about them but their wings are good. Nice sized wings, not OD big or extremely small like some places. Sauces are good too. Haven't got past the wings yet. Will have to broaden my horizons.“
“Yes, I did try Jimmy buffs and it was delicious. I enjoyed it and I will be back again. I had the red hot double dog with the peppers and onions the ketchup, the bread was nice and soft. The potatoes were cut round and circle. I enjoyed it. And I will go back again.“
“The food was great except the little Hispanic cook acted like he didn't want me there he kept asking me why you come here you could go someplace else kind of caught me off guard never happened to me there before and I've been a few times maybe he was just having a bad day? Don't really know“
“First time having Hangry Joe's. Will definitely return! I'm a fan of Nashville Hot Chicken. Always a little skeptical of anyone claiming they make hot chicken when not in the Nashville region. Wow! I was very impressed! It's not Nashville, but not trying to be. It's more of a fusion. But don't hesitate, it's good! I got the sando at hot level. Had a nice burn and the slaw is a perfect compliment. The fry crisp was excellent. The chicken is flattened so it overflows the sandwich- you can get some bites of just this perfect hot chicken and then dig into a sandwich. At the time of our visit they had run short of bubble milk teas, but I'm sure they go well with the meal and I'll absolutely try it on the next visit.“
“I'm always on the lookout for a new lunch spot, saw this place had good reviews so we took a shot last week and were not disappointed! Our sandwiches were absolutely jammed with meat, so much so that I took my chips to go. Good food and friendly people, but not much to look at, and only a few tables inside. We definitely will be visiting again!“
“This place has been in service for years. You just pull into a parking spot and they will come outside to your car and bring your food and take your order it's like old-school diner I love it.As you all know I am not big on meet I'm a vegetarian so if you like to have hot dogs or hamburgers you get that from here. My brother was in town from Florida and he wanted to stop here for lunch so I just had some french fries. But the notorious for their root beer shake“
“I’m always hungry to try new burger spots and this definitely hits the spot. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and it DID NOT disappoint. The place is clean and customer service is great all around. Highly recommend to any burger lover out there!“
“This diner's service is always great. I think there is so much to choose from it can be intimidating. When it was time to pay the check, I noticed their new pay system had already added a 15% tip to the bill. I think tipping should ALWAYS be the discretion of the patron. Because my server was great, I didn't have a problem paying the 15%. I wonder if her tip is shared. FYI, you can change the tip amount at the register, but ya'll need to pay attention.Food at this diner is always yummy. The staff is great and at my visit they were on top of everything. There is someone ready to clear your plate if you're done. Our server was attentive. Making sure if we needed anything else during our meal.Kid-friendliness: They have paper placemats for kids to doodle while waiting for their meal.“
“Ms. Darlene, the GM is a gem. She LOVES her customers and remembers details in a way that is special and memorable. We leave happy and full, and keep coming back.Vegetarian options: The menu is amenable to dietary restrictions. They’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy!“
“(Translated by Google) I VISITED THEM TODAY AND I LOVED THEM. I CONGRATULATE YOU FOR SUCH A GOOD SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD. I WILL BE VISITING THEM AGAIN 100% RECOMMENDED.(Original)HOY LOS VISITE Y ME ENCANTARON. LOS FELICITO POR TAN BUEN SERVICIO Y CALIDAD DE COMIDA. LOS ESTARE VISITANDO DE NUEVO 100% RECOMENDADO.“
“Our waiter George was the best. Great service and patience for our 10 person party. They sang for our daughter and all of the food was delicious. Highly recommend this friendlys location in Clark. Dining room is updated and clean. Bathrooms are clean as well.“
“Big C's Cheesesteaks are out of this world. The mushrooms, onion, peppers and cheese complemented the steak so well. Excellent bit of char of mush, onion and peppers for extra flavor. We hired Clemente to cater my birthday based upon a great friend's recommendation... and my man did not disappoint!!!!! Catering - ask for the Pasta Genovese - your mind will be blown. His meatballs and gravy are outta hand. My friend's still talk about his food months later. Not only is Clemente great chef but he is a great person! He preps, and presents....and the best part, he cleans your friggin' kitchen when he's done!! Love your food! Keep it up and you will do great things!“
“My experience began as soon as we arrived. we were kindly greeted and assisted by 2 hostesses . Then we were sat within seconds & once we settled in, the waiter took our drinks and appetizers. Throughout our dine, the waiter and team rushed to our needs. Overall a great experience. I will be returning. Thank you“
“The food was excellent. Went for a work Christmas luncheon. Service, no one really checked on our table. Had to yell across the restaurant to the bar to get a refill on drinks. That's the only complaint aside from that was very satisfied.“
“If you are in need of a quick bite, but you don’t want to stop at the gas station I recommend coming here but just be prepared to have a bit of a weight if you’re gonna have something for takeout.Parking: There is also street parking if you cannot fit in the parking lot“
“There were a couple of parties going on, with children who were loud. The restaurant is loud! But the food was excellent. We were celebrating a birthday, but besides wishing her a happy birthday as we signed in, nothing "special" was done. They did not have the ribs that were on the menu, and that was a bit of a disappointment.“
“The bartender was also our waitress, being that we sat at the bar. She was extremely nice. She kept our orders on point, whether it was the drinks or the food. She was so good, I asked what days she worked to make sure that we would get her again.“
“Absolutely delicious Italian pizza, pasta and entrees! There are so many pizza choices, my favorites were the grilled chicken Caesar salad and the Grandma with a sesame seed crust, soooo yummy! We shared the seafood salad with large shrimp, mussels and tender calamari and the beautiful cold cut platter. The pasta with bolognese was fabulous and so was the chicken francese. They even have gluten free pizza and pasta. Finish with cappuccino and the oh so fresh cannolis and zeppoles. Bring the entire clan as the prices are very reasonable at this wonderful family friendly restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta and pizzaKid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly“
“Perfection in the food industry can only be perfected after some time has passed. But for over 75 years, the White Diamond Diner in Clark, NJ has exemplified itself for perfection. Let's just say that Ray Collins made the great decision to move to Clark to partner with his nephew to open and work in the current location. Without his contributions, the Clark White Diamond may not be as well known today. Granted, the diner has a stored history, starting with the Cox Family. Where they were opening up some of the original White Diamonds. The idea that the diner chain was Southern run and meant to be moved into NY is impressive. Alone that speaks that early on, these diners were trying to replicate the equivalent of a fast food restaurant today. Quick service, good food, and reasonable prices. All factors alone would drive people from miles away to visit this diner. So 75+ years later, this diner stands as great as it was before. Upon interviewing the owner of the Clark WD, I was pleased and excited to receive all of this information. I have also been told that most cooking is done with experience originated, but they do provide training for younger employees. There is a reason why this diner has been deemed one of the friendliest and family atmosphere diners. All because the owners were great to work with, and honored that a report was being written about their diner. If anyone is visiting or wants to write reports on good diners, I highly recommend this one. There is almost nothing bad to say about this diner. I have visited this diner twice already, and have nothing bad to say about this diner. Upon arriving, you pick your own seats. Though the space is small, there is plenty of seating. Whether it would be the 10-12 bar stools or five booth seats, there is always a place to sit. Within 5 minutes, you are ordering your meal. The best thing about this diner is, the waiters get to know your faces, where they will memorize your order after you state it. So that they are able to track you down after it is down cooking. All this happens within 10 minutes of you actually being in the diner. Soon the food arrives. I have ordered the double bacon burger the last couple of times that I have gone. It is one of the best burgers that I have ever gotten from a diner. The moment you bite into the burger, you are met with a rush of flavors, plus the test of a freshly cooked burger. The soft chewing of the patty with seasoning melts in your mouth. Eager to take another bite, then another one. Soon you realize that you finished the burger in a matter of minutes. But you don't realize that, due to the flavor rush that you taste. Don't get me started on the bacon. It is cooked to perfection. Grease runs off the bacon as you bite into it. With each crunch of a crispy slice of bacon, it adds to the taste of the burger as mentioned earlier. Overall, it is never expensive to get food from this location. I highly recommend visiting this diner at some point, and getting the burger that I mentioned, it is well worth it!“
“We ordered the new Ultimate Cookie Blizzard and it was amazing! We even met the owner, Lou, and his daughter, Donna, and they were great to chat with. We sat outside, enjoying our Blizzards. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors as well as parking.“
“Probably best meal of our trip. Burger was amazingly seasoned, Fries and Chicken were also very good, service was nice and prompt. Had both bean and beyond burgers, which is a plus for our party of a vegeterian that likes meat and one that doesn't.Vegetarian options: Black Bean and Beyond burgers, plus Paneer wraps and a good variety of sides.Dietary restrictions: Most menu items can be ordered Halal.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.“
“I had the pleasure of attending a fundraiser today for #camystrong. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and I learned that 100% of proceeds will benefit my little 6 year old friend. Well done Johnny Napkins, well done. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive to get there for this sweet girl. I will have to make another trip up to support the restaurant this time.“
“Took my family a couple of times already. The food didn't disappoint. The salad bar is great. It was such a success that I had to share my plate with one of my kids. The only caveat with this location is service. If you don't mind that. Focus on the food. It is worth it.In terms of food, I highly recommend the cheese curds and please stay away from the bistro steak.“
“Last food stop in the airport, before flying back and I'm glad I chose this dinner spot! The burgers are great and the fries too, the service amazing. It's on the pricey end though ($50 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and a bottle of water) but I liked it a lot and would probably come back next time I fly there!“
“We had lunch here for the first time recently. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The menu had a bunch of great-sounding dishes that we'll have to come back for at dinner time. The cocktail menu was also inviting. We'll be back soon!“
“Your classic five guys experience. I've been here a few times now everything is consistently great which is what I come to a place like five guys for.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and a low key atmosphere mean you don't need to stress when you bring your kids.“
“It's a diner experience, but my daughter and I love it.Parking: It located in a lot next to the resturant. So although it appears to have little parking there is actually plenty.Kid-friendliness: They have coloring sheets for kids and they put them up to show them off.“
“We visited the restaurant on New Years Eve, 12/31/20. We were greeted by very friendly staff and they took time to answer our questions about Caribbean cooking. We decided to order the Ox Tails and the Curried Goat. Both were incredibly good. The Ox Tails was served with rice with beans in it. The rice seemed to have a mild coconut flavor and there were two beans, one small and the other broad. Also served with it was a very nice steamed cabbage and sweet plantains. The cook on the plantains was great, with the plantains being cooked well but short of being mushy. Unlike other plantains we've had at other restaurants which were too oily, these weren't. Perhaps they were baked instead of deep fried. As to the Ox Tails themselves, there were probably about 10 segments of tail. They were in a very flavorful brown gravy and cooked to a nice fall off the bone texture. The Curried Goat was our favorite. It had many chunks of goat (with the bone) in a spicy curry sauce. Wow, it was good! It actually reminded us of the Curried Goat we've had in Indian restaurants. Like the Ox Tails the meat was very tender and fell off the bones. The rice that came with the goat was different than the Ox Tails. This rice was spicy with flavors similar to the sauce the goat was in. It also came with the cabbage and plantain side that the Ox Tail had. We also had their Macaroni and Cheese. It was baked in the store and cut to a serving size. Since it was cut, it maintained that nice cheesy crust on the top. The flavor was nice and cheesy and we enjoyed it. When we go back, we'll probably order sides of cabbage and plantains because they were so good and we wanted more than what came with the dinner. As we were waiting for our food, we noticed there was a lot of whole red snapper being purchased. One party had about 7 fish for their New Years Eve gathering. The fish looked nicely prepared, but unfortunately we haven't tried it yet. Next time, we hope. So in summary, we really enjoyed Sashey's Kitchen and will be returning multiple times.“
“Friday, before noon. Excellent customer service from the folks behind the counter. Sandwich was big enough to share and priced right for the quantity. Quality was outstanding! I will recommend and return.Parking: Parking just outside. The entry is covered from inclement weather.Kid-friendliness: Easy and clean space to eat and get the kids organized.“
“While the food is very good, the service always spot on, very nice sized portions, and priced right, for me the main feature is the diner itself! It's like stepping back in time; diners like this are becoming more rare to find, and I'm glad this old girl is still holding up!Parking: Parking can b a bit difficult during peak hours because the place does good business. Go a little before traditional lunch or breakfast hours and you should be ok.“
“White Rose System, a Central Jersey gem, encapsulates the classic diner experience. Its unassuming charm, reminiscent of a bygone era, welcomes burger enthusiasts. Inside, vintage decor and a massive jukebox transport you to diner heydays. Authenticity shines through in its timeless appeal. Dining here is a heartwarming experience- as it isn't something classical or overdone. The service is attentive both in person and on the phone- I recommend. The menu, featuring classics like grits and corned beef, reflects White Rose System's signature touch. What sets it apart? Burger craftsmanship, and just the overall nostalgic feel. Sliders with seared patties and unique buns pay homage to iconic creations. For burger aficionados and nostalgia seekers, White Rose System is an unpretentious haven that invites you to savor classic diner culture.“
“Nice spot, good food and the young lady that helped us and the gentleman cooking the food were friendly and helpful! Definitely going back!Loved the Black History Month menuI had the Lauryn Hill Bowl And tasted the Kyrie Irving slider. Also had a smoothie that I can't remember the name of but was really good and mushroom coffee.“
“I never thought I’d leave a Google review of a McDonald’s but here we go….by far it’s friendliest, fastest McDonald’s ever. The staff are always so kind and sincere, we’ve literally never had a problem with an order and the food is always the freshest possible — and it’s consistent. Nice work!“
