“This was my first time at Capital Grill. I sat at the bar. Bri was professional and knowledgeable about the menu and beverages. Very familial aura. It was amazing. Our meals were absolutely delicious. I had the Butternut Squash Soup and King Salmon with Beurre Blanc with Sundried Tomatoes and my husband had the Scallops with Angel Hair. The added cocktail and tarter sauces on the side was appeasing to the pallet as well!We also had the fried rice (which contains eggs) and that was ok.The prices on their Menu is very reasonable! I had the ropa vieja mofongos - muy rico. Hubby had the vaca con ropa - what a combo! The service was quick and friendly. The prices were reasonable and the portions were fair Cons: the air was a bit stuffy - the AC was on sometimes so it felt a tad too warm on a slightly cool early May evening. Parking is very limited and valet is $5. Street parking is also limited - hey the place is good so what can I say...booming business is a good thing, right? We're going back very soon. I want more empanadas and want to try their lechon“

“I have been passing by this small restaurant for the past 4 years and wanting to try it out. Finally I went and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that the small restaurant, which doesn’t look like much from the outside has amazing Mediterranean Turkish food. I was very impressed. Everything was fresh And delicious. This is definitely gem in the ruff . The restaurant is very welcoming and comfi . It’s a family business, and Adam was very helpful and pleasant as a waiter and he told me that his family owns the business. They take a lot of pride in the food that they serve. Also the price for what I paid for lunch was a great deal I got a Shepherds salad. Chicken kebab with rice, and another grain called Bulgar. they also gave me on the house a Turkish custard, which was very delicious. The lunch also comes with a soda. This is a must try hotspot, especially for lunch. I will definitely be back to eat the delicious Turkish food.“

“We had a 40th Birthday Party in the private room on Saturday night. It was absolutely fantastic. The room is beautiful ,they had it set up as we discussed. The service was exemplary. FOOD was amazing. We have been enjoying Forte since they opened. I would highly recommend this venue for any private party.“

“Was in the area and was highly recommend. It was dinner time to I decided to do a takeout order. I called ahead for a lobster roll that would be ready in 10 minutes, it really only took 5. It came warm so I was really excited. Would recommend paying cash as they do charge the 3% credit card fee which wasn't disclosed when I asked if cash or credit was better but it wasn't a big deal. It ended up being $30. Getting into the sandwich, then bread was buttery and toasted with huge chunks of lobster stuffed in it. I should have mentioned that I would have preferred Maine style (butter) vs. Connecticut style (mayo) but honestly the Connecticut style was not bad at all and I'm usually not a huge mayo person. It wasn't drowning in the mayo or too overwhelming and the finely chopped celery added a nice subtle crunch, again not too overpowering. Totally worth the money in my opinion. I would definitely come back here to try the other items on the menu or even to pick up some fresh fish for cooking. They have seating in the back for the casual restaurant part.“

“I spent about $140 on take-out for Mother’s Day. After getting home, I realized that my $10 virgin pina colada drink was not in the bag. I called the restaurant to ask if it was included in my order and they confirmed that it was ordered. So I told Carma that I’d come back to pick it up. Upon arrival I jokingly said to the front desk lady that it would be nice to have a second drink for free since they forgot my drink. She went back to get my drink and I heard over the restaurant handheld radio, a woman saying we are not giving him a free drink and he’s gotta pay for it. So you mess up my order and I gotta come back there, and that’s the best you can do. Truly disappointed in this poor disregard of customer service.“

“Cool new spot in town! I was reluctant to try this place out but I decided to give it a try after seeing a nice crowd in there. It turns out there is a new owner, he just kept the name of the place the same. A mistake in my opinion but at least he did one good thing. He hired a great bartender named I know from Barrel and Brew. This guy can make a great drink and he is so personable. He interacts well with guests and designed a great menu of drinks. I enjoyed a couple of delicious margaritas while I was there. They also had a DJ named Bronson playing some great music. I look forward to seeing how this place does because I've always said this spot would make a great bar because of the nice patio outside. It would make a great hangout for the summer. I can't really comment on the food because I only tried an order of wings but they were good. The ambience though gave me reason to believe this place could make it at this spot.“

It’s very cheap for it price which comes with rice, appetizers, eggs and the soup itself. It was very fresh and tasty I can feel that every was very flavorful. The customer service was amazing everyone greeted us and wished us a goodnight and have a nice day. Which I felt very welcome and very appreciated it. I like to drink tea especially when I eat, I asked them for an ice cup and hot tea which make it ice tea they were checking in my tea and make sure that my tea was refills. We both ordered a tomato soup I believe it’s less than $20 for a tomato soup. Which was very worth it and it’s very refilling the one thing this restaurant beat the others one is their customer services deserve a shout out! And I can taste that the taste of food is very fresh, flavorful, I wish they open one in NYC so that I don’t have to travel all the way to NJ?, but it is worth it on a cold day ! “I was there last night 3/30 to have the Whiting and French fries. At first I was very disappointed when I realized they didn't have anymore of this special "pink sauce" that tastes amazing. They have lunch specials every day and a lunch buffet on Wednesdays.The restaurant is deceivingly big; walk into the bar section with tables available. Turn right and there’s another section and then during nice weather they have outdoor dining.They do a lot of celebrations- birthdays, reunions, etc., so everyone knows where to go for great food at a decent price.Kid-friendliness: Big room in the back, good for the kids.“
