“This place offers some of the most delicious and incredible vegan/vegetarian items ever!! Jeff, the owner/chef, is super creative and talented! I had the yuba hoagie, which was so divine that I finished the whole thing! If you love garlic, the toum dipping sauce that comes with the za'atar fries is unreal! I also had the cauliflower salad with the tahini dressing. The combo was unmatched! Oh, another one of my favorites is the patty melt!! “Delicious falafel! I got a sandwich with fries in it and really enjoyed it. The picture when ordering online made it seem like it was on the smaller side and I can assure you it was not! It really filled me up for lunch. Would definitely recommend for a fairly quick bite!“
“The menu was so varied--so many choices of vegan food (not just the fake meat variety). We enjoyed the brussels sprouts, beet salad, focaccia, flatbread--all outstanding. We didn't care so much for one pasta dish with sweet potato--pasta a bit dry and chewy and seasoning a bit bland. It was a Saturday evening so quite full and service was uneven probably because of that. The background music was quite loud, particularly the bass line. I could hear to talk but I found the music distracting me from enjoying the food. But I think younger people have a different relationship to monotonous base lines and find it makes the place lively. I was delighted to find another vegan restaurant, just disappointed that the ambience wasn't good for me.“
“I chose the vedge experience to try 3 dishes and desert for $65/person. All the plates were not only uniquely thought through and delicious, but also presented like works of art. I really enjoyed the creative balance of flavors they used from only plant sources that even mimicked non-vegetarian dishes I've had before. Menu rotates seasonal so I will be returning soon and is well accomodating for gluten free patrons. An experience well worth trying“

“I've had other vegan pizzas before, and while some have been delicious, they did not have that NY pizza crust that I grew up eating. Their plain cheese pizza with added mushroom topping was just like having a slice from a regular NY pizzeria! The crust was so good and the cheese and toppings were decadent and yummy.“

They told me they use Breyer's oatmilk and I wish I ordered 2. I have had others and this rival's Goldie Tahini shakes. Their cheesesteaks are amazing along with always awesome Calabrian Cheese Fries, what could be bad. Everything I have ever had has been tasty, innovative and priced well! “I have been coming here, since it was called Heart Beet. Other than the name change, I love everything about it. It was just a cute nameI love that this is an ALL vegan restaurant. Normally, I have to double check certain things that I order when I eat at other restaurants that offer vegan options. I check because some things contain egg but I don't have to worry about such things at Good Beet. At any rate, the food is great! And the best part is now they added a soft serve nice cream station and more baked goods. On the down side, some may find it a little pricey.
